Drive thru had a delivery order supposedly ready to go and adamantly refused to give it to the driver, even after confirming name and order number. Customers- if your orders are not being delivered, just know that the snobby manager on duty is refusing to comply with the delivery contract.

Staff are friendly and prompt. The food is consistently good in a clean restaurant setting. Dessert is offered as well as a kid’s menu. My dogs 🐶 love their beef patties which are charbroiled to perfection, healthy for everyone. I like the fries 🍟 and cheeseburger minus the mayo, prefer mustard. Staff are accommodating.

When did they start locking doors at 9pm Ridiculous... Most fast foods lobby stay open till 10. 😩

Tried to take advantage of their $1 frozen strawberry fanta deal and ordered two additional frozen strawberry fantas with nerds. Got to the window and found out they couldn't do strawberry fanta and could only offer frozen coke. Not to mention that nerds and coke sounds gross, but these were my young kids(who i don't let have caffeine). I asked for a refund but they said that couldn't be done at the store since my order was done on the app. As this is a Saturday, I couldn't speak to anyone via the app. I usually enjoy this BK, but this ruined my experience with this location and their OLO app.

Perfect!! I mean this restaurant was 100% in every way. Talented crew.
Came in for sausage and biscuit they were out of sausage came in at lunch for a hamburger they were out of bread might as well just close your doors won't never come back here again

This burger never disappoints! Food is always fresh and prepared in a timely manner. Staff is always very welcoming and courteous. Area was very clean and well managed. I have a consistent experience with all staff members at all hours of the day.
