The girl at the window was extremely rude, during the ordering process and at the window. She couldn't put her phone down to pay attention to what she was doing. Handed one bag, and slammed the window. We got her attention, asking if that was it. VERY RUDELY said yes. We pull around to check. Of course we were miss a hole other bag. Oct 17 2024 at 9.11 pm. The girl at drive thru should be fired!

Simply not courteous at all. BK you should watch who you hire because this is one reason I never come to this particular BK because customer service is terrible. The female was someone I wouldn't hire to work for me. She pulled everyone out of drive thru and had a attitude even slamming doors which they close on their own. On the back of her shirt it said something about smiles. Do better check your workers as well as management because they are hiring these people and running customers away . Simply said

Saw the manager putting her hands in ppls fries while placing it on the fine in trays. No gloves. Hair hanging all over it. Made me decide I would rather go somewhere else. I notice most restaurants now do t wear gloves and hair nets. What happened to that being a rule of food handling? If you do this, fine but I would rather go to a place where I don’t actually see it happening.
