I don’t know why this place has four stars. I went yesterday with my kids. I saw the person eating french fries out of somebody’s bag. The managers in the coworkers were talking and we were still waiting for them to attend us. They still didn’t give two cents about us we respectfully just waited. I really wish they could get better managers and better workers. It was so disgusting. Also, the food there was somebody poking their ear and cooking. It’s disgusting.

One of the cleanest burger kings in tyler i saw the manager out on the floor picking up trash the parking lot has a couple holes in it but don’t hold that against the people

I walked in this morning and waited to be served for a couple of short minutes, and was poorly greeted by Tim, the General Manager. His attitude towards me was like it was an inconvenience that I was there. I couldn’t help but notice his attitude towards the very nice girl working the drive through was terrible as well. They weren’t that busy, so I didn’t see the point in the hot headedness. I think Tim was having a bad morning and was taking it out on his employees and customers, which I can empathize, but you have to keep a professional attitude throughout the day no matter how bad it is.

The food was good enough, although there were old hash browns and French fries mixed in with my order of hash browns.

Overall not a great experience, but not a terrible one. I may return again in hopes that the atmosphere, quality, and work environment will be better.

Ordered a double whopper with bacon paid $9.89 for the meal they almost forgot to give me my drinking fries then said don’t worry I didn’t charge you for it but I’ll get it to you. I asked for no mayo burger was made correctly. Fries were great. Drink was wonderful, but when I went to eat burger, it taste like three day old patties that had no heat. You could barely stomach to keep them in your mouth so I drenched them with ketchup to try to cure. The dryness didn’t work so I went to the register and was holding the bag I was getting glared up by the employees , so I just threw the shit in the garbage and walked out

Giving this a 5 star review because of the lovely cashier at the drive through. Although she was new, she was extremely friendly and provided great customer service. It was a shame she was rushed to finish talking to us even though no one was behind us. Food was ok but she was awesome
