The tacos are excellent. All of the tacos. Excellent! The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is fine for what it is. You've got to keep the music going. I'm a stickler for quiet restraunts where you can hear the murmers of others folks conversations. Also, owners, if you're reading this, give me more salsa with my chips please. :)

I have been here several times & LOVE the food, weirdly enough the brussel sprout tacos are to die for!! And it's nice to have yummy homemade beans, rice, chips & not mild salsa haha. A little pricey & run down looking building, but portion size & quality was worth it IMO. We took family here today & were somewhat disappointed. Portion sizes were much smaller & not worth the price. We will try again soon as we love this place. Hopefully it was just an off day or something, but if it continues we will not be returning

Delightful staff, intriguing menu. I had corn and he had flour. We ordered shrimp, carnitas and Carne asada and sampled the Brussel sprouts from the taco. Each taco brought a different flavor profile with depth, complexity and layers of goodness. Do NOT be put off by the dining area. This food is stellar!

So good!! The Brussel sprouts alone are worth coming here for. We came with a group and everyone was happy with their food- shrimp tacos, pastor tacos, fajitas, queso.

Little hole-in-the-wall on the way out of Tyler State Park! Very authentic. Delicious queso & chips. Taco special was brisket. Chicken quesadilla was HUGE! Not big fans of the refried beans, but everything else was great.

This place was absolutely amazing. Me and my family were on our way back from a trip and stopped by here for some food and we couldn’t have made a better decision. The tacos, burgers, fries and everything was 10/10.

Pleasantly surprised! The food was excellent and different from anything I’ve had before. I ordered the shrimp tacos, carne asada tacos, and a burger. All were a 10/10!

Excellent tacos! Really enjoyed my calamari and al pastor tacos when I stopped by on my way to camp at Tyler State Park. Excellent having a good food place so close to the park. Was empty when I showed up, but the day l staff was nice. Interior is simple. Would have been nice if they were playing music or someone, but instead listened to the guys in the back about how his breaks don't work. Hope he gets then fixed.

DELICIOUS!!! Shrimp quesadillas are divine! I loved the pork rinds with the queso so good !! I'm so glad that a Gourmet restaurant is out here by my house! But for those of you who don't have the privilege of living close I promise you it is worth the drive

The food was absolutely delicious!! I got the torta and it was paired with some amazingly seasoned fries. Highly recommend!

A friend knew that I had to drive through East Texas, and was insistent that I arrange the schedule so that we would stop for lunch here. He said they always make a point to stop when they're driving on I 20. Figured it was worth a shot, and even though my mother is hesitant to try anything that she thinks might be spicy, she agreed to join me. Both of us were so pleased with our choice! She ordered a pork taco and a shrimp taco, and her face lit up when she ate her first bite of the shrimp one. Liked it so much that she went back and ordered another one. I've never seen her do that at a Mexican restaurant! Loved my pork stew; totally would get it again. I see when my friends make a point to stop here when passing through the Tyler area!

Food was delicious, but kind of expensive. I will definitely will be eating there again.

You could say growing up in Texas has turned me into a taco connoisseur of sorts. Mexican food is my favorite food and C Rojo’s does not disappoint. Hands down my favorite food truck in town and quite possibly my favorite tacos ever. The flavors are all unique and inspiring to anyone who enjoys cooking. The staff are friendly and the wait time short. 10/10 would recommend.

If you're not paying attention you'll likely drive by C Rojo's. Turn around. It's absolutely ridiculous how delicious the food is. I had Korean BBQ Tacos. 3 for $12 was the special. Don't let the kimchi scare you. It's wonderful. We shared the Rojo Queso. Also fabulous. I did have to ask for plates and cutlery but that was the only bump here.
