Mediterranean food isn't something you can get everywhere and it certainly isn't easy to get right. Cava, however, made it look easy. We were definitely intimidated first walking in, after we realized it was a "make your own" situation. After taking a second and understanding the set up, we were ready. You can make your own bowl or pita, or if you prefer they have a menu to choose from. They have so many sauces and meats to pick from, all better than the last. The ingredients are VERY well flavored and each taste stands out even after mixing them all together. Cava is a must try!

Great mediterranean option considering it is a chain and every time it always taste just as good as the first with an amazing amount of choices for everyone. The pita bread is amazing and the pita chips are an excellent side while the service is very good and the employees are nice. I would consider myself a regular going at least once or twice a week and have even gotten some meals on the house from the team! Love this place!
Cava is so fresh and tasty. I love the date white balsamic vinegrette, crazy feta dip, and harissa chicken. I don't recommend the falafel as it was dry and flavorless. I've been several times, and it is consistently good.

It was our 1st time dining at Cava. Our service was excellent! The manager, Ronnie explained the menu and how we could customize it. We were given samples of the spicy harissa chicken. It was delicious. I orderedthe steak pita. It was delicious and large enough to cut in half. We will eat at Cava again!!! Thank you Ronnie for your kindness and excellent service. ?Kid-friendliness: The staff very helpful to customers with children.

I would highly recommend the beef or chicken pitas they are great and very delicious. They have a dip or dressing that is made of fresh garlic and it is perfect I have it on my pita every time. You can also build your pita and their menu is perfect. And it's also a great alternative for healthy food and very good.
