I had two bad experiences with this school’s cfa unfortunately and will not be going back

The first time I went here, I ordered grilled chicken nuggets with a fruit cup on the side. For some reason, the girl taking my order thought she just ordered a cobb salad. I did not know until I paid and checked the receipt because she did not repeat my order to me, and it was very loud and busy in there and I needed to head to class asap. I then tell her about this and she got the manager (im assuming) to handle it. The manager was very sweet and apologetic and reassured me that it did not charge my card yet, so we could void the order and start over. This did not make me upset, everyone makes mistakes. What got me upset was the girl’s attitude. She barely said sorry and acted like I was bothering her when SHE was the one who messed up my order. Why is manager taking more accountability than the person who did it?

The second time really made me upset. I ended up standing there waiting for almost an HOUR just for a SMALL MEAL (chicken strips small fries and a drink) and ended up being extremely late to class. People who ordered after me were getting their food before mine. I was so close to just leaving but I already paid for the food and I was very hungry. I went to the counter and told them I ordered almost an hour ago and still don’t have my meal and im already late to class. They asked for my name and order and I gave it to them. They came back after a few minutes and told me they do not see my order, as if I didn’t order at all! I was very confused because I did order! But they ended up getting my food after a few mins (bc it was a small order) and were barely apologetic for making me sit there for almost an hour and be late to class. I’m not coming here again! Lack of organization and communication.

I wait there for 30 minutes and ended up be late for class and still didn't get my food. They didn't call out names just what people ordered and multiple people who were behind me got their food before me. Worst ever.

My truck is too long to go through the drive through lane. And I accidentally got in the mobile lane. They refused to take my order. All is good I won’t be back

Miss Kayla assisted me with my order today and she was probably one of the best Chick-fil-A employees I have ever dealt with. definitely loves her job.

I never thought I would be writing a negative review for a Chick Fil A! But I’m telling you right now…… Chicken texture was the worse chicken I’ve ever had at a chick fil a. It was tough and hard to chew. All 4 of my sandwiches! Also, I asked for condiments during my order but yet didn’t receive any of them. So when I requested the second time after receiving my order, they seemed bother by the fact I was even asking. Manager handed the ketchup and walked off. Never asked if we needed anything else. So, we asked the next employee for the additional condiments we asked for originally and again, he walked off. There was no customer service and definitely didn’t show any of chick fil a core values! Not even a “my pleasure” I love chick- fil-a just not this location!
