I used the Chick-fil-A app to place a curbside order and made sure to request specific sauces. When my order was brought out, the sauces were missing. I tried calling the store before going inside—no one answered. When I finally went in and explained the issue to the manager, I was shocked by the complete lack of concern. No apology, no accountability, nothing. Just a blank stare and a dismissive attitude.
This is not the level of service I expect from Chick-fil-A, a brand that prides itself on customer care. If I take the time to order correctly and follow the process, the least I deserve is a simple apology when something goes wrong. Extremely disappointed.

Noted on the website that they close at 6pm, but don’t expect food if you try to order at 5:45. Already shut down. Very disappointing and frustrating. Just reflect the correct hours online. That’s not hard to do.

The food at this location is not bad in my opinion but beware of their curbside pickup wait time. I’ve only done it 3x here, but all of those times I had a 15+ minute wait time for them to bring my food out. If I hadn’t look so unpresentable I would’ve gone in and just gotten the food myself but the wait time is ridiculous unless you get lucky maybe

The only issue I have with the location at the mall is the drink was 3/4 ice and a little lemonade. That’s not cool. I wanted a drink not all that ice.

I ordered fries from here and immediately felt sick after eating them!! I believe the oil was bad at this location! This location is going down hill not only that I waited in line until I was called to the counter the lady who was taking orders literally ignored me and started talking to her co workers.
I am very disappointed in my last visit to this chic-fil-a. I was ordering my food and i was speaking to the cashier and she was being completely disrespectful to me and my daughter.The name on the tag was Tessa. She needs to be spoken to by a higher up. This is completly unacceptable for a big company. Someone needs to put a stop to this kind of behavior. But the food was delicious just terrible customer service

I am a DoorDash delivery driver. I am here in the Tyler location. I have been to two different Chick-fil-A‘s for DoorDash. One of them told me I had to go to the drive-through I go to the next One and I go to the drive-through and they tell me that I had to come inside. I waited in the drive-through lane for over 30 minutes just to tell them I have to come inside to get my order. Y’all need to communicate with DoorDash on where y’all want these DoorDash deliveries to be picked up because that was in raging when I could’ve gone inside in the first place and picked it up in 10 seconds.

No top bun-WHAT!, I guess it was too close to time to go home (8:31p) OR because we asked for no pickles. This has NEVER happened before, and I have never received service like this….the cashier Makayia (sure I spelled wrong) was working efficiently and I appreciate her. It was not busy so…. What in the world?
