I ordered fries from here and immediately felt sick after eating them!! I believe the oil was bad at this location! This location is going down hill not only that I waited in line until I was called to the counter the lady who was taking orders literally ignored me and started talking to her co workers.

I am very disappointed in my last visit to this chic-fil-a. I was ordering my food and i was speaking to the cashier and she was being completely disrespectful to me and my daughter.The name on the tag was Tessa. She needs to be spoken to by a higher up. This is completly unacceptable for a big company. Someone needs to put a stop to this kind of behavior. But the food was delicious just terrible customer service

I am a DoorDash delivery driver. I am here in the Tyler location. I have been to two different Chick-fil-A‘s for DoorDash. One of them told me I had to go to the drive-through I go to the next One and I go to the drive-through and they tell me that I had to come inside. I waited in the drive-through lane for over 30 minutes just to tell them I have to come inside to get my order. Y’all need to communicate with DoorDash on where y’all want these DoorDash deliveries to be picked up because that was in raging when I could’ve gone inside in the first place and picked it up in 10 seconds.

No top bun-WHAT!, I guess it was too close to time to go home (8:31p) OR because we asked for no pickles. This has NEVER happened before, and I have never received service like this….the cashier Makayia (sure I spelled wrong) was working efficiently and I appreciate her. It was not busy so…. What in the world?

Chick-Fil-A will always be one of my favorite take-out choices. Their food is always top tier, and so is their service! Every employee is very kind and helpful. This place is definitely super family friendly! Chick-Fil-A is also very speedy, despite how intimidating long lines can be. I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes for my order to come through, even when with a larger group of people. On top of such valuable qualities, they’ve never made a mistake with my orders. If I ask for something, they do it and do it right. I absolutely do recommend.

This place needs to be under new management!!! I ordered a Cobb salad with just chicken cheese egg and tomato. When I received it. It was only chicken, cheese, and half of an egg. I asked about it they told me they were out of tomatoes. That would’ve been nice to know before paying so I could go to McAllisters instead!! Now I’m stuck with half of salad.
