I used the Chick-fil-A app to place a curbside order and made sure to request specific sauces. When my order was brought out, the sauces were missing. I tried calling the store before going inside—no one answered. When I finally went in and explained the issue to the manager, I was shocked by the complete lack of concern. No apology, no accountability, nothing. Just a blank stare and a dismissive attitude.

This is not the level of service I expect from Chick-fil-A,...

The food at this location is not bad in my opinion but beware of their curbside pickup wait time. I’ve only done it 3x here, but all of those times I had a 15+ minute wait time for them to bring my food out. If I hadn’t look so unpresentable I would’ve gone in and just gotten the food myself but the wait time is ridiculous unless you get lucky maybe

Chick-Fil-A will always be one of my favorite take-out choices. Their food is always top tier, and so is their service! Every employee is very kind and helpful. This place is definitely super family friendly! Chick-Fil-A is also very speedy, despite how intimidating long lines can be. I’ve never waited longer than 5 minutes for my order to come through, even when with a larger group of people. On top of such valuable qualities, they’ve never made a mistake with my orders....
