I placed a breakfast order thru Door dash (4 biscuits), I called and politely asked them not to forget my honey and strawberry jelly, when I received my order and opened the bag the amount of jelly and sauces I got was ridiculous, very disappointing, I felt made fun of.

I want to say this was an AMAZING experience! Especially Teresa , she came and asked if we needed anything and knowing my father isn’t the easiest person to, she smiled and assisted him . Then came back and said thank you for your honesty . Chic Fil A has always been great , but to really feel valued and appreciated is wonderful ! So grateful to know it’s people like Teresa that we get to encounter to make a difference.

On 10/22/2025 I had received a phone call with some amazing news. My sponsorship letter had been received and reviewed. All thanks to Anthony one of the Managers at the Lindale restaurant. Phynet medical centers Trunk or Treat was a hit with the extra surprise Bring out the chick fil a cow.... So I use the mobile app and ordered the deluxe sandwich meal and I was so impressed with their technology and how fast they were. The order was spot on what chick-fil-a is all about. The chicken was cooked to perfection. The waffle fries was crispy and fresh. The entire meal was delicious. The sandwich was prepared like it was getting ready for a commercial. It was far from sloppily made like other fast foods I won't mention. I would say that Chick-fil-A is better than fast food. They definitely deserve their bragging rights!

We went to chick fil a thursday once we got home we all got sick. My kids threw up everything , now me and my husband are sick of our stomach. Chick fil a is my favorite place but this is the second time chick fil a has gotten me sick and will stop eating this for a while.
