So disappointed to have my hunch confirmed today. Employee looked in computer system for allergen information and informed me there is gluten in their grilled chicken. I had been eating grilled nuggets from this and another Tyler Chick fil a location and experiencing GI issues. It must be in their marinade. Only ordered fries on my last visit and had no issues afterward.

This location WILL NOT ACCEPT dollar coins, how can a business refuse to accept legal tendered coins. I will take some $2 bills and see what they say.

Have really tried to give this location 4 to 5 chances but to no avail. When I do a mobile order, it’s to be quick, and it takes so long for your order to come out. There’s maybe one or two vehicles in the very early morning hours, yet service is slow, hot items are lukewarm or cool, and items forgotten. I have even tried to order right when I get there, and it’s the same results. Tried their peppermint hot coffee today (which was the only item that was hot), it tasted awful and they forgot the vanilla creamer. The hash browns were lukewarm, the spicy chicken in my biscuit was rubbery and made me question if I was going to get sick. They have lost a customer unfortunately.
Never had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A in my life! What is going on the sandwiches now at Chick-fil-A? Got the first sandwich and there was maybe one third the normal amount of meat on the sandwich. Went back to request a new sandwich and the second sandwich chicken fillet was smaller than the cheap chicken sandwich you would get at McDonald's! Service was not the friendly bubbly personalities that Chick-fil-A is known for but instead a bunch of people that could not care less about the customer. No greeting, no smiles. A very very kind worker. His name was frank Torres. He was about 5 foot four Filipino. He gave me overall amazing service, and I recommend giving him more hours and promotion

There’s this worker i believe his name is aiden he’s the worst he threatened me harassed me you should fire him it was the WORST with him there hospitality was a 0/10 only good people working there was the rest of the team the food was bad everything
