Sat in the drive thru at the ordering screen for 10 to 15 minutes waiting to place an order. The employee told us he would be a minute. Meanwhile, the other line had take 3 orders and was about to take the 4th order. I said hello to the ordering screen as a friendly reminder that we were still there and the employee mentioned again to give him a minute, so we drove off. The service at this location has truly gone downhill. Not a good experience to have on my birthday. Thankfully Raising Cane's is right down the road.

Drive through is well manned ,service is absolutely wonderful. Can't find better chicken nuggets anywhere we didn't go inside but loved seeing the outside tables being used on the beautiful 80° day in East Texas.

They used to have multiple QR posts up in the mobile thru. They removed them all except the first one which I didn't use. So I got stuck in the mobile thru and had to go through it twice just to scan the code. Love it when restaurants do things that are unnecessary and frustrating.

There has been multiple times I’ve had a problem with this particular location. My most recent visit was with a cashier who had a bad attitude and took it out on me because he couldn’t understand simple instructions. Food is good like always, but they need to work on some of the employees. I’ve talked with the manager on duty each time there was some kind of problem, but I have a strong feeling it’s going in one ear and out the other.

I used the mobile through lane and got my food pretty quick, but when I arrived home and started eating my fries I noticed a whole fry at the bottom already covered in ketchup. There was no busted ketchup container in the sack, meaning this fry was placed in the container with ketchup already on it. I like ketchup, but the unknown of where this fry came from really grosses me out🤢. The chicken also had zero flavor which sucks because this was my favorite Chick-fil-A to go to😔.

A comment about the yogurt... if they put a picture with strawberries, the container they show is full... and they give you something completely different, or they don't have what's shown and you tell them and they say... oh... we don't have strawberries or blueberries at the moment or it's less yogurt. I think for the sake of honesty they should let you know or lower the price... thanks.
