Arrived at 8:10 pm. Chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy and roll served cold. We dined inside but server gave us our food in to go boxes. This location is off of my list of restaurants!

My wife and I couldn’t make up our minds where to go for lunch. We hadn’t been to chicken express for a long time so we decided to go there. Big mistake. The chicken and crust were extremely dry and tasted old. I can’t believe that a fast food outlet would serve food like that at the price they charge. Also the inside store temperature was as cold as the outside. Had to eat with our coats on. We won’t be going back.

Ive never eat much at chicken express because I've gotten sick eating there ,yesterday the 24 of January I asked for all fresh when I got my food fries was old and hard ,chicken was old as well but they had me wairh 30 for cold ugly food never again will I eat there people that work are always horsing around so unprofessional.

If i could give this 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worst location my husband and I have ever been to. I'm from west Texas and this place is a complete disgrace. Staff was lazy, sitting down, many items "they were out of" that we tried to order, they have removed the drink station, so you have to bed for a drink at the counter, and all tables (and the floor) were absolutely FILTHY. I literally had to pick up trash and throw it away myself because it kept getting stuck to my shoes. We ended up taking our food to go because there was 100% open seating/no customers inside and 0 clean tables. Absolutely disgusting. Need a huge training and redo at this location. So unfortunate. Our food was gross and cold too. Waste of calories, money, fuel and time.
