If i could give this 0 stars I would. This is the absolute worst location my husband and I have ever been to. I'm from west Texas and this place is a complete disgrace. Staff was lazy, sitting down, many items "they were out of" that we tried to order, they have removed the drink station, so you have to bed for a drink at the counter, and all tables (and the floor) were absolutely FILTHY. I literally had to pick up trash and throw it away myself because it kept getting stuck to my shoes. We ended up taking our food to go because there was 100% open seating/no customers inside and 0 clean tables. Absolutely disgusting. Need a huge training and redo at this location. So unfortunate. Our food was gross and cold too. Waste of calories, money, fuel and time.

Service sucks Briana said 5 minutes wait, I placed order at 12.07 had to get refund at 12.28. just do yourself a favor and go elsewhere you won't be disappointed.

This is the 2nd time I tried the location on loop 323 in Tyler and was just as dissatisfied as the first, so I will not be giving it a 3rd try. I sat in the car hop bay and no one ever came on the speaker to take my order. If you are not using the car hop area then you should have a sign up saying so. I was not the only car waiting, there were 2 of us. After sitting there for 10 minutes I gave up and pulled around to the drive thru. When I pulled up there were 2 cars ahead of me and 1 behind me. After waiting another 5 or 6 minutes I finally got to the speaker to place my order I was told to wait a second and she would take my order. After waiting another 5 minutes she came on and I placed my order for the 2 thighs and fries special and a sweet tea. I then pulled around where there were several cars waiting in line to get their orders. I had to wait almost 25 minutes to finally get up to the window to pay and receive my food. While I was waiting for my change I could see what took so long. The employees were horseplaying around and not in the least bit worried that they had customers waiting on food. They didn't even care if these customers could hear them using the f word. I have been to many Chicken Express locations and have never had such terrible service and blatant disregard for customers. The chicken wasn't the greatest being only slightly warm and the fries were undercooked and not crispy. I can understand being busy because you have an enormous amount of customers but to have only 5 or so cars total at your food establishment it looks like you could give better service and 🔥 food. This location needs better management and employees who will do there job.

It's sad to stand at the register for 10 min to order a tea and no one acknowledged you...drive thru backed up, cars parked waiting chicken is sitting up there but no orders going out..this is not the first time but will be the last...yes I just went back out the door so at this point if I want chicken express I'll just drive to whitehouse..everyone needs to be replaced in that place from management down🤯🤯

Nothing express about chicken express. The chicken tenders were small over cooked and under cooked at the same time. The meal has enough grease to lube up a carnival ride. I won’t be going back.

As some have already complained, the strips were literally like they had halved them. They charged full price for half the amount of chicken you received. Seven strips and three orders of corn nuggets was $25.29. Ridiculous! Not to mention, there was a child (approx. 4 yrs old) running around in the kitchen where they were cooking. He belonged to one of the employees. Very dangerous and a safety hazard.

It's bad enough that you get seven chicken strips for $15, but you purposely rip people off, by cutting the chicken strips into two or three pieces. They're the size of chicken nuggets. They're smaller than my roll. I know times are tough but ripping people off isn't the solution.

If it was an accident, a coupon or refund would be fine, but this was done on purpose to cut costs on your end. You've lost another customer for life.

I have given this chicken express time and time again to do better. When u pay 12$ for chicken straps u expect them to not be hard and rubber from sitting all day. This is so disappointing. U can tell just by looking at the chicken , it's nasty
