I wish I could have left zero stars. Speaker to the drive thru didn't work, so they say. All I wanted was rolls and mashed potatoes. After 5 minutes of sitting at the window I finally lost my patience. When you get thru with playing on your phone would you mind getting the pre-made mashed potatoes and rolls that I have been eyeing balling for the last 5 minutes. There is a new Chik-Fila-A across the street where i know I'll be treated better.

Been several times over the last several months. Last several times I can’t even get an order taken at the drive through menu for at least 5 minutes. Last couple times I just left because they couldn’t be bothered. I can understand if they have a long line of cars but when I’ve been there’s only 1 car at the window. Staff appear more concerned with horsing around, being on a phone, or eating behind the counter. Terrible, terrible, terrible service.

My s/o and I ate here tonight and the young Hispanic girl with glasses was working the register and was so rude to my s/o. She took 4 orders in the drive thru before even hanging him our drinks, which she handed him at a tilt like it would spill on gim. She also kept interrupting him while taking his order. We come here all the time and the original lady who works there knows us on a personal level and we were so disappointed in this service. We received our food which was great and hot as always! While eating our food, we could hear this young lady talking very rudely of my s/o and being disrespectful and cussing. I understand having bad days but this was just uncalled for.

My wife and I couldn’t make up our minds where to go for lunch. We hadn’t been to chicken express for a long time so we decided to go there. Big mistake. The chicken and crust were extremely dry and tasted old. I can’t believe that a fast food outlet would serve food like that at the price they charge. Also the inside store temperature was as cold as the outside. Had to eat with our coats on. We won’t be going back.
