Sat in drive thru for 25 minutes without moving. Finally get up to the menu to order and sat for another 10 before being asked what I wanted to order. After ordering sat for another 20 minutes without moving. After I finally received my food it wasn’t even fresh.

I visited this store for lunch and the manager JC was very helpful. The staff he had enjoy working with him and I can see why. Very few managers take the time out to thank the staff for doing an amazing job getting orders out and tending to customers needs. I will return to this location and hopefully he will be there along with the other members. Thank you for a great experience

I went to this Chicken Express last night and had a great experience. I went with a group and we sat outside since the lobby was closed for the night. The manager was very accommodating and friendly and the food was hot and delicious. I noticed that they switched to crinkle cut fries instead of the regular ones, but I don't know if that is just this one or if that is a company wide change. Overall I loved eating here and will definitely be returning.

Mr. JC made my husband and I's first visit worth it. All of the workers were friendly and they made sure our order was correct. Food tasted fresh. Will definitely be back to this location again!This Chicken Express exceeded my expectations. Not to mention, dining room and bathroom were both immaculate!!!

I want to begin by saying that Chicken Express is probably my most favorite chicken place if not my favorite then definitely my second favorite, but this location is horrible. I got chicken tenders Which is my favorite thing to get at any chicken place, and they were horrible. The grease was obviously old and they were overcooked. They were hard and when I went back and spoke to the gentleman who said he was the general manager, there was nothing he could or would do for me. That ruined it for me ever going back there again. Change your oil when it gets disgusting, don't overcook your chicken, and don't send old chicken out to your customers. It's not that hard. And if you do do those things then make it right when they come back and complain.
