Went through the drive-through (12-30-24) to get a four piece tender meal with fries. Expecting the standard fair for a chicken tender meal I was sorely mistaken. The french fries taste like fry oil, and the chicken tenders were much the same as if they had been dwelling in the grease for far too long. My yeast roll was smooshed so flat inside of the box you would have thought it was a pancake. The service at the window was nice. The young lady was very kind at the window and the order came out fast, but the food was terrible if I could give negative stars, I would
The worst Customer Service you will ever experience in your life! You would think so poor would come from teenagers but it is actually middle age individuals who could care less about your experience your dollar or your day! The food is extremely cold and over priced! They use at least 2 to 3 day old grease! The employees were the the same clothes every day and wash them! The food gets zero stars!

From the first time I had the fish, I've loved this place. You have to wait a few minutes because they fry it fresh, but it's worth the wait! Lil hot sauce and dip into that tarter sauce is heaven ?

I love chicken express but I will not go back to this location. I got the family tenders with sides. First, the tenders were extremely over cooked. Very hard and dry. Second, we told her what sides we wanted and she said we only get one side. I pointed at the sign above her head where it clearly says two sides with the 20 piece meal. and she still insisted that we only get one side. I will continue to be a customer but not at this location.
