I had an issue with a previous order and I called to let them know. They told me to come back at my convenience and they would remake my whole order. I live on the other side of town so it took me like 9 days to get back, and they took care of me just like they said I would. No questions....the new girl at the register ( can't remember her name, she told me ) even gave me a sweet tea!!!! this is what I call customer service! I will be back for sure.

Just visited this lovely establishment and was greeted and served by the most lovely and kind lady. The lady who served me was McKay Roberts....I think her last name was Roberts but her first name is definitely McKay. It was her first night working for this Chicken Express this evening and didn't know until she said so...I would never have guessed because of how professional she was towards me and my roommate. We both were warmly greeted by her and our order was promptly taken. McKay's kindness and good vibes is definitely a reason for me to visit again...the food was absolutely wonderful 💯

I went threw the drive threw at 11am, no response so I pulled around to the window because I thought maybe there closed, got to the window to see ppl working no one came to the window so I went in an there two guys waiting on there order with no one in line they tell me go ahead, so I stand there waiting to be served like a normal person just for 3 of there employees to walk by me and never acknowledge I'm even there, they walked around me served the 2 guys who did have a large order but that's not an excuse for no one else not to be served. Remind you as I'm going in ppl are pulling in the drive thru but yet now they are getting their order taken. I left about 11:15 the same way I came hungry and empty handed. Just asking for service not even a better service.

I was still waiting for my food and then asked for a refund and then all of sudden my good is ready and supposedly fresh and all I ordered was liver and spicy tenders and there are mozzarella sticks that I did not order in the bag. This is not the first, the second but the third time this has happened I was indeed the only person of color other than the employees in that establishment. The older lady that works the counter is actually rude I wanted water and it trickled out and I didn't want the taste of lemonade in my water so you would run the water first and went back to the counter and asked for water and she proceeds to just let the water trickle in the cup filled it up and sure enough the water tasted just llike lemonade. Worst place for any African American to actually go eat and get good service. I gave this place 3 chances thinking it would turn out different but no I was completely wrong

Went through the drive-through (12-30-24) to get a four piece tender meal with fries. Expecting the standard fair for a chicken tender meal I was sorely mistaken. The french fries taste like fry oil, and the chicken tenders were much the same as if they had been dwelling in the grease for far too long. My yeast roll was smooshed so flat inside of the box you would have thought it was a pancake. The service at the window was nice. The young lady was very kind at the window and the order came out fast, but the food was terrible if I could give negative stars, I would
The worst Customer Service you will ever experience in your life! You would think so poor would come from teenagers but it is actually middle age individuals who could care less about your experience your dollar or your day! The food is extremely cold and over priced! They use at least 2 to 3 day old grease! The employees were the the same clothes every day and wash them! The food gets zero stars!
