My husband and I went to Chilis in Tyler a few days ago. Our server, Macy, was FABULOUS! She was attentive and responded well to any questions we had. Our only complaint was the chips. They have changed the chips, and they are awful! We definitely will go back, and hope to have Macy again. We won't be ordering the chips but the rest of the food is always good.
Keep Macy and bring back the old chips!

A new waitress had served us this evening. I had two of my three children with me; and was shooting for a sweet date night with most of our children included.
The kind waitress asked for us to be patient, explaining she was still in training, her name was Caylee Woodard and her training supervisor was Mary
SHE DID PERFECT YALL. DONT LOSE THIS ONE !!!!
*Grabbed us a lower plate so my 10 month old son would be more comfortable eating at the table. *Checked on us frequently. *Was especially sweet and kind to my wife and children. *Made sure food was correct & hot before bringing to our table. *Made eye contact and smiled while tending to our requests.
*Made a successful date night for my wife & I !!

My family of 6 visited this restaurant last night on 3-18-2025 for a birthday dinner , unfortunately when we got home we became very ill . I would NOT recommend this place or be coming back here again :((

Chili’s never disappoints. The Tyler location is so much better since it relocated. Kimmi and Hailey are always the best and make sure my friends and I always have a good experience. Chipotle chicken crispers and loaded mashed potatoes are my favorite, as are the Cesar salad and margaritas! ?

Since I had a long day at work today, I decided to have Chili's delivered for lunch.
Ordered two meals. One steak with french fries and loaded mac and cheese which I paid extra for. Second meal was Nashville chicken tender st meal, said it came with french fries and macaroni and cheese.
Both meals were missing the macaroni and cheese. The chicken tender meal was absolutely ridiculous because it is clearly listed on the menu that it comes with macaroni and cheese. So you would think the staff was a little bit educated and made sure that the order was complete.
The steak dinner you got to pick your sides. Still absolutely ridiculous that the loaded mac and cheese that I paid extra for was missing.
It even clearly states on the receipt both meals with macaroni and cheese. Both meals were missing their macaroni and cheese. It's a good thing that both meals came with a second side item because otherwise we would have just had some boring chicken tenders and a piece of steak.
Do better with to-go orders. Y'all constantly praising Chili's to go, Chili's to go sucks because y'all staff can't even get the orders right!!!!!!!!
