We went and had dinner and our waitress Mary was very kind and sweet. The food was great and the drinks were amazing. One of the managers Heather came around to check on us and to make everything was good. Great service and great people.

James was professional and made me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. It’s hard to find that anymore anywhere. We love this Chilis for both dine in and take out and appreciate the new location and the service. It’s one of regular stops!

We called ahead and made a reservation well ahead of time and was still forced to wait 20 minutes for a table for 5 even though there was plenty of seats open at the time. They even seated people with the same amount as us before us too. Which made us even more upset. While we kept getting dirty looks from the workers and every time we would ask for the wait time they ignored us and turn their backs to us. We ended waiting for a good hour and just ended up walking out because we were tired of waiting and being ignored.

Quality has gone way down while prices have gone up. Ordered 4 piece chicken crispers with Mac and cheese and fries. Only received 3 crispers and the Mac and cheese was only half full. Chips and salsa were not fresh. No ice for the drinks. Service wasn’t great.

Stopped for happy hour drinks. Bud Light the only American beer being served for happy hour. Chili's has made my choice for me.

We have enjoyed Chile's on 323 for years...our go-to place when we would come to town from Edom. Thursday, March 30th, we went to the new Chile's on Broadway and ordered prime rib. Oh my gosh, was it disturbing. really bad. Sorry to have to post this, but it was!

Service Sunday night was terrible. Food was ok but, the young girl was not attentive. She may be new and inexperienced, but she spent a lot of time chatting with the hostess. I got out of my seat twice to ask for water after asking for refill multiple times. No lids on sauces for "to go". Had to get manager to get my receipt. Do better chilis!

The three of us came in @5. It was pretty full but not Uber busy. The food was hot. If you are cheap, make sure you are specific with your order. Because they will add extra to your items (white queso curly fries and +$1 to add bacon and jalapeños). Servers are really attentive, I'm not sure if it is because it just opened or not- but they are really knowledgeable about their menu.

We were one and done on the old Chili's location in Tyler, but having always liked their food in other locations we gave this new one a shot. Service was much improved over the old location (although since they'd only been open a few days I wonder how much corporate oversight was still in place), but the food was just ok. Definitely not expecting gourmet anything, but Chili's usually turns out good burgers and decent salads, we tried both and were underwhelmed. The chicken on the salad was just weird. Didn't taste bad, but the appearance was just not appetizing. The location is convenient so I'm sure we'll be back, but maybe Chili's as a chain has gone downhill.
