I normally don't review, but I had to give a 1 star for this because lately they've been making the food way too salty. My wife and I can't eat it, and my wife likes alot of salt, so that just shows how much salt they're putting in the food. I will change this review once they stop over saltifying their food.

I ordered a steak burrito with queso and instead got a bowl absolutely drowning in sour cream with 4 pieces of meat in it. Not what I ordered, not what I wanted, and it ruined the meal. Try to call just got a robot. Very disappointing experience.

This place was completely dirty! Had food all over the floors the counter where the register was just pure nasty! There was hardly no food cooked they were actually cooking when I walked in. Asked for veggies and I could see it was completely empty! Yet the server continued trying to scrape the last 2 bell pepper slices and put on my bowl. I immediately said I hope you have more back there and not going to give me that like that he then says yes while the cook making the meats rolled her eyes then to make matters worse he charges my card for over $50! I had already paid with tap then he says oh can you do it again I said I already paid he says the register froze up but I have 2 charges that he did using my card at the same time and I only got 2 bowls. I buy form the other location all the time so I am definitely sure on how much 2 bowls are! I will be reporting this store the the health dept and any other department for their uncleanliness and misuse of customers money and credit cards! Demanded a return on the entire transaction because the food was disgusting.

I Love Eating At Chipotle but this is the worst Chipotle ever!
I Have Been To This Location At Least 3 Times In The Last 3 Years And Everytime I Have Been Disappointed
The Portions Are Super Small, Tables Are Always Dirty And Never Freshly Cooked Food. Twice It Was The Bottom Of The Pan (Meaning What Was Left Over) And One Of Those Times, I Just Walked Out.

I love chipotle and this location is absolutely terrible in the last month or so. Went here on 8/31 at 4:30 PM, wasn’t greeted and got a burrito. The chicken portion was a half a scoop at best and when I asked for more chicken, I was given 2 pieces of chicken. I proceeded to make it an extra chicken meal. I know locations are evaluated over the weight of product per week, but this is ridiculous. I might as well move my business elsewhere.

Chipotle is near impossible to get a hold of someone.

I placed a pick up order on the app and when I got home it wasn’t my order at all. There was a long line so I wasn’t wanting to hold it up, but I guess I should have checked.

The virtual assistant keeps saying she sent an email, but I have yet to receive anything. I don’t even have a confirmation email, but in the app it said it was ready for pick up.

I can’t even figure out a way to call them and get it fixed as I live 20 minutes away. I was very disappointed.
