I love chipotle and this location is absolutely terrible in the last month or so. Went here on 8/31 at 4:30 PM, wasn’t greeted and got a burrito. The chicken portion was a half a scoop at best and when I asked for more chicken, I was given 2 pieces of chicken. I proceeded to make it an extra chicken meal. I know locations are evaluated over the weight of product per week, but this is ridiculous. I might as well move my business elsewhere.

Chipotle is near impossible to get a hold of someone.
I placed a pick up order on the app and when I got home it wasn’t my order at all. There was a long line so I wasn’t wanting to hold it up, but I guess I should have checked.
The virtual assistant keeps saying she sent an email, but I have yet to receive anything. I don’t even have a confirmation email, but in the app it said it was ready for pick up.
I can’t even figure out a way to call them and get it fixed as I live 20 minutes away. I was very disappointed.

I feel like every time I walk into this Chipotle I am met with a groan, eye-roll, or sigh. I understand that the food industry can be incredibly infuriating, but I always treat the staff with kindness and respect, only to be met with some of the worst attitudes I have ever seen in customer service. Management needs to either motivate their employees enough to make them happy within the establishment, or there needs to be a change in staff. Please stop treating every person as if they are the problem just because someone else was an actual problem. I just want some damn Chipotle.

Awful. Worst chipotle location I’ve ever been to before. Understaffed. Mess of a kitchen. Tiny portions that poorly trained staff blame on “having to tap the spoon” before serving. Paid full price for a half portion of steak and guac. Ingredients are cold. I keep trying this location every few weeks and I’m always disappointed. This is the last time. AVOID.
EDIT: Oh I absolutely have provided feedback via Chipotle’s corporate channel. Disappointing that’s the only recourse provided by ownership.

Last couple times I’ve been here, food has been awful . Soggy quesadillas, wrong food. It’s been a nightmare. One time I was given chicken instead of been for my pickup order. This location is going downhill

This location is always slow but now the portions…. Ordered to-go but the inside is too small to accommodate any crowd. Terrible design of the inside. Will not be returning
Not sure why but every time I go to this location they are consistently out of the fajita veggies, the guacamole looks like it is about three days old and the whole place is a mess. Does Chipotle no longer care?

Wanted to work on laptop, only one wall in the whole place has an outlet, did not get to use it. $3.15 for a small drink is ridiculous. All employees were courteous and helpful.
