I'm on my way back to Dallas. I stopped here too ger me something to eat, Big mistake. The chicken taste like old grease, bad customer service. First and last time I'll ever stop there. Ended up throwing my food away at the first rest area on I-20

First the man took my order then when I got up there to the window I had to give them the order again. I just had to sit and wait like 20 minutes for my food. Received my food then noticed I didn't have my gravy. They hadn't even charged me for it so they had to charge me for it and then they had to go get it that took forever. Once I got that I drove off checking my chicken my chicken was burnt I was supposed to have had two orders of legs and thighs all I had was legs and one thigh.... received my extra biscuits...so I had to turn around go back and wait in line again to get them to replace my correct order... Not very nice, lack of attention to the orders being placed and then lack of attention to the actual order that was placed and what was actually placed in the bags for the order... It was a horrible experience.

I had spent 3 hours in line waiting on a turkey and decided I wanted some chicken. It was hot and fresh and so good. The chicken at Church's on Gentry is always great.

Terrible drive thru employee !! He Got mad because he couldn't hear my order after I repeated like 3 times and he said on the speaker someone else take her i can not deal with her!! They should have a better speaker, and patience and respectful employees on the drive thru. This is not the first time this happens at this location, i believe his name was Ronnie. I left!!i will not spend my money here again.
