We did “eat in” and had ordered water with our meal. Glasses for water were not given at the time we paid for the order. When our meals were brought out, the glasses were not on the tray and we mentioned that we had not received them yet to the person delivering the food. She did not bring them back out to us. After several minutes, my wife went up to the counter and asked for water glasses. I think this is absolutely unacceptable customer service.
