Ordered dark meat, was given white. Ordered a cup of gravy, never received it. Ordered a 3 piece, was given a 2 piece. Someone needs to learn to read. And politeness was non existent. Awful experience all around. Although, to give some credit, the food we did receive, was delicious! Service just needs work...

My husband placed an order online to pick up, when he got home with order we were missing a whole meal it was too late to go back because we lived far. They also had the order wrong in the bag and the chicken was cold.

The lady was talking all in the mic while she had me on hold and took my order minutes later when I got to the window “Oh, we're only taking cash that's what I was trying to tell you “ You should have stated that before I even made an order not after Then I had to go inside and wait I get this location is busy but your wasting my time and yours not communicating

Cooks do not listen. Another lady and myself have been waiting for our order. They just told the lady an additional ten minutes because they just dropped her chicken.
I ordered a 10 piece family with okra and fries 20 minutes ago got home the chicken was clearly from the day before aswell as the okra the only thing fresh and or eatable were the fries I would like my 30 dollars back but as I live in Lindale and no one is answering the phone at this facility a lost 30 dollars and this review is all I can do . NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT IMMEDIATELY

The wait time was horrible for it to only be me and one more person it took them 20 minutes to even take my order in the drive thru and when I received my food it was cold and stale tasting as if it’s been out for hours I wouldn’t recommend this churches .

We were pleasantly surprised! The food was fresh, the chicken was not greasy or rubbery. The biscuits were crazy good. Fries too! Service was fast and friendly. The dining area was sparse but clean. This was our first time trying Church’s Chicken. We’ll be back!
