The food was fresh. They took a little long on my wings, but the manager came and explained that they ran them through the oven twice to make sure they're done and had to let them cool down a little. So overall, it was better than it has been for sure.

This CiCi's brings back so many childhood memories! It's wonderful to see the arcade area still going strong with the same coin operated games I loved as a kid. While I may not play them anymore, just seeing them there makes me smile. The restaurant is very spacious with plenty of seating, which is great for families and groups. The pizza buffet offers good variety for the price point it's exactly what you'd expect from CiCi's. It's not gourmet, but it's a solid choice when you're craving an all you can eat pizza experience. The space is clean and well maintained. Perfect spot for casual dining and when you want that nostalgic CiCi's experience. Really appreciate that they've maintained the classic feel of the place while keeping everything updated and fresh.

I love cicis so much but the one on the loop is 100 times better. This one has the worst service everytime I come. Before coming in today I told the people with me āIād rather go to the other one this one has such bad serviceā and then something happened to prove me right š youāre better off going to the other one even if itās far. I donāt know if itās management or just the people working there but every single time I go something happens. Donāt worry I wonāt be dumb anymore and still come in, Iāll just go to the other one from now on

It was a typical ciciās they kept fresh pizza on the buffet line. It wasnāt dirty but it wasnāt clean either.
This place has gone downhill since the ownership changed. Service is an afterthought. Fresh food only comes out when the dining room is full. Cheese is too expensive to serve on the salad bar.
Fresh food,friendly staff and clean game room. My son spilled a drink and one of the men was so kind while cleaning it up. He also provided info on how ordering wings in store works. Great experience

Went once with my partner and it was great, went again and got there at 8:35pm, says they close at 10pm on Google and on their door, but they had already closed everything, stopped cooking, and put up all the chairs to where you couldn't go near where they cook, left as hungry as we arrived. Called the other Cicis in town and they have their workers working until 10pm as instructed, guess these workers don't care for their job.
