There needs to be more selections of pizza varieties. The clean up time between guests needs to be improved. The foundation drink was out of some flavors.

My sister and I drove 11 hours from Georgia and ended up here for dinner. The owner was super friendly and he made sure I was satisfied with the pizza choices available. While chatting, he offered to make me his favorite pizza (pineapple, ham, spinach, and jalapeños)- photo attached. He even offered my sister a special cheese for her salad. Staff was nice. Laid back atmosphere. Great choice after our long exhausting driving day!!

Parking: Limited spots in a shopping centerKid-friendliness: Plenty of kid friendly dishes and a big game room for the kiddos too!
If you have an infant be prepared to pay for the 3& under buffet for them if you go here.??♀️ we went tonight to the location in Tyler, Tx and I had to pay for a buffet for my 6 month old who is breastfeeding & just now beginning to eat baby food purées. The assistant manager refused to let me complete my purchase without paying for the baby too even though I assured him that my baby would not be eating. ??♀️ Overall the food was great but I was not satisfied by feeling like the management thought lying about my sons age/ability to eat pizza @ 6months old. We come here a couple times a month and have never had an experience like this before so it was just very frustrating. It was only $1.50 for the kids under 3 buffet but it was the point of the matter for me. Charging for someone who isn’t even able to eat here is senseless.

Always a pleasant experience at CiCi's... Been to several of the owner's locations throughout East Texas and the employees are always prompt, friendly and making great pizza!
This review is for mon-fri lunch. That said you go here to get entry level buffet style food for under nine bucks and you do so understanding you aren't getting top notch pizza or salad. Service was polite and dishes cleaned up promptly. Location was spacious and clean enough but it is an older strip mall setting. Basically you get what you pay for and if you want to eat lots of pizza for $9 and aren't fussy this place is great for that.Kid-friendliness: Arcade inside.

I came to a birthday party that was held here. They told me i had to pay 13 dollars to be in their restaurant even after i told them i was not eating and i could even sit at the front to watch my child. The girls proceeds to tell me i have to leave my 7 year old child by herself or pay. These people must not have children to understand that that is not okay.
