I had the meatloaf meal and it still had pink in the meat. It wasn't ketchup cause I work in food business I know what difference is. Must have been why I got mine before everyone else when we had a group of 5 ppl. The meatloaf wasn't properly cooked. 😞 I'm not usually a complainer but I just can't do pink meat. I like my meat not staring back at me.

Waited 30 min and left. Waitress was too busy standing at front with her manager screaming at someone on the phone. Another waiter cleared off table in front of me. I waa invisible. Left and went to texas roadhouse. Cheaper, kind water, delivered food hot and fast. Dont waste your time at cotton patch. So unprofessional for manager to fight on phone in front of customers. SAD!!!

Ordered food and this is what arrived. It’s definitely what I ordered, but it’s disgusting. The meatloaf looked really old and had a strange texture on the outside and the squash casserole was not good and I love squash so it’s hard to disappoint me with it.
Two days in a row I dined at Cotton Patch. Yesterday chicken tenders cooked perfectly. Server Emma was amazing. Today had the 12oz ribeye. Cooked on point. Excellent service from manager Laura and server Joe. Atmosphere was great.

We have been eating at Cotton Patch for years. The food is made from scratch, always fresh and delicious. The service is second to none! We are always greeted with a warm Hello and a Smile every time we walk through the door. All of the Servers are hospitable, very friendly and engaging. The food and service a customer receives is consistently phenomenal every single time…Today, Marci served us and she was awesome. We met the manager today, Laura sets a good example for her team. She’s very friendly, and welcoming to all the customers. Their menu is very reasonably priced with a different Special every day of the week. Try them for a healthy, delicious meal. You will not be disappointed.
