Had a pretty terrible experience here. I purchased 2 breakfast tacos and without realizing it paid $10. As I was leaving the employee asked me to stop because the credit transaction was still processing. I checked my account and it shows it went through but I also noticed that the tacos were $2.99 on the menu. I asked for a price adjustment and he did so but wasn't able to provide a receipt for the voided transaction. After all this I took a bite out of the taco to find a 2-3 day old egg that tasted foul. Will not be returning.

This place charged me $12.39 for 4 small pigs which were old and hard plus some greased up donut holes that were literally dripping oil. I wish I could give this place a 0 star. Never going back to this donut shop again!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! I normally never post bad reviews but this one definitely deserves it. If you guys do not want to be robbed out of your money PLEASE READ. I literally ordered a bag of donut holes ($1.99), 2 small pigs with cheese($1.99 each), and a large pig with cheese($2.99). The man told me one price at the window, but when I checked my Apple Pay notification he charged me $13.06! So I called the store to confirm the purchase of the items that I ordered and he told me it was $9.(and some change)! Like whattt? I knew I wasn’t crazy! Then he insisted I come back to get a donut, uhhh no sir 1 donut is not $4! PLUS I don’t want a donut if I did I would have ordered it the first time!

Hey man y'all gotta stop selling old doughnuts. I've came on 2 different days and the glazed doughnuts were cold and hard. Make them fresh..I can tell they're were refrigerated and sold the next day

Went to this place for the first time today. Everything looked amazing!! Got a donut twist and a cake donut with cinnamon which were...the bomb! Also, the staff were so friendly!! When we were 15 cents short he told me it was ok and saved us a trip from having to run out to our car. So sweet!! Def going to be back!

Country Donuts on Beckham & Erwin is, in my opinion, one of the best donut places in Tyler. The drive thru lady is always nice & gets our order right. 5+ stars.
