Small place with minimal seating. The drink I ordered was a Brown Sugar bobba. I did not know that it comes at 50% sweetness and was slightly disappointed. There was also nearly a full cup of ice which is a lot for this type of drink particularly as the tea was weak. The tables needed cleaning and the two ladies working took a while to complete the drinks. Overall it is an ok place but not amazing. There are limited bobba locations in Tyler so I hope it is better next time I go as there is potential.

I feel scammed and deceived š lol. I saw this from an influencer on TikTok talk about the āviralā chocolate drenched strawberries. I didnāt see it on the menu, but I paid $16.23 and basically got a fancy cup of strawberries. Yes, the chocolate and crunch were tasty, but I was definitely expecting moreāmaybe some ice cream or a cold treat, especially on a hot day. Instead, I got room-temp strawberry-chocolate goodnessā¦ right across from a Brookshireās. Cute, but ouch šø

Came in today to try the Dubai chocolate after seeing this place on TikTok. The lady was nice who rang us up thatās why Iāll give 1 star. After receiving the chocolate it was cool! Definitely not what I was expecting or really seeing the TikTok hype. The issue came with my Moms drink. She got a watermelon slushy and it just WAS NOT good. The tajin and chamoy was overdone to the point it literally tasted like a salt bath. GROSS! I took it back inside to have them redo it and the cashier said they arenāt allowed to refund drinks and it was stated there was tajin and chamoy inside. I left the drink on the counter. It was THAT BAD! Save your money and tastebuds and go to sonic, at least theyāre willing to remake drinks without the pushback.

I tried ordering a matcha with caramel from this place, but it turned out way too sweet for my taste. I went back and asked if they could make a new one with more water or a slight change, but they said Iād have to pay again or they could just add water to the existing drink. Then I end up throw it I wish there was a bit more flexibility especially since it was my first time trying them. The service was fast, but I hope they can improve how they handle small adjustment requests.

The chocolate boba adds a delicious twist I havenāt seen anywhere else. My kids love it too, especially the fun variety of other snacks they offer. Thereās always something new for them to try, and they get just as excited as I do to stop by. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the shop has such a warm, inviting vibe. If youāre looking for great drinks, tasty snacks, and a place the whole family will enjoy, CupāO Joy is the place to go!

I had family with me from out of town. We were excited to try the boba tea from this place, because we usually go to the place at the mall. However, we were all very disappointed. We ordered 3 different drinks and they were all super watered down, and had no flavor. The service was ok, but the lady at the front was acting a little rush. We ended up throwing all the drinks away. Will not be going back.
