At 3:21 I ordered 3 taco Tuesday tacos and a happy hour drink 4.47+1.89=6.36 + tax. I should have calculated the cost before leaving. My receipt shows a #9-3 tacos and reg soft drink. 7.26+tax. No trustworthiness. 2 hrs later I developed nausea. 4 more hours I finally vomited a small amt of taco. 30 min later the back door opened for the next 24 hours. I had nothing else to eat since 9:30 that morning. So it falls on DQ. Poor food preparation or lack of sanitary conditions. You choose, but avoid this DQ. I won’t go to one at all for quite a while.

I requested a jalito meal with an extra side of jalapeno ranch. Why would yall not tell me you were out of jalapeno ranch? You just added regular ranch on my sandwich and my side. Update: I called and spoke to the manager camille. I requested that she at the very least refund me .60 for the ranch. She insisted it was jalapeno ranch. Basically called me a liar, saying it was definitely jalapeno ranch, they “do not have the other ranch in the white containers”. Im pretty sure after 26 years of eating ranch I would know if it’s jalapeno or not. She informed me I needed to go back across town to give the ranch back to get .60 cents back. I worked at dq for years and happen to know requesting food back is an osha violation. So there really was no reason for me to drive all the way there.
Update 2: I dumped the container out and they put regular ranch on top of my jalapeno ranch? For what? Only they know🙄
I will not be returning to this gawd awful location.
Update:3 I emailed them and they never followed up 👍

I ordered a jalito meal and also asked an extra side of ranch. However when I got home I noticed that the cup of ranch they gave me was not jalapeño ranch and tasted weird. I called this location and the person on the phone was really rude and refused to refund me for any of my meal even though they did not use jalapeño ranch for my burger either. They kept saying I was lying and arguing with me not even willing to refund the 60 cents for my ranch. I am super disappointed not just at my meal but also customer service. For your first reaction to argue with a customer is unacceptable, not to mention that yoy refuse to refund me unless I went across town to give the cup of ranch back, really? You can't refund me 60 cents. Not to mention that you should not be taking food back from customers, it is a OSHA violation. Never coming back to this location.

I stopped in for lunch today at the 5th street location and when the guy at the drive thru window with the glasses handed me the food, it was without the a bag.
This happens Every time I go to This location, Today I again asked if he could put the food in a bag, this made him visibly upset or angry. I had previously told him that when he stuffs the napkins into the slit of the box they come in contact with the wet toppings and at that point are unusable and that the other stores put the food in bags...I Never have to ask. As I sit in the drive thu, I'm looking directly at the bags he should be using, but for some reason, he doesn't use them. I don't know what the protocol is for bag usage there, but if you no longer require the food to be put in the bags, please move them to where customers in the drive thru don't have to stare at them just hanging in the preparation area.....but not being used.
It seems to me a common sense thing to put the purchase in a bag, I don't believe I'm asking too much...
