Well, we visit the on 9/7/25 and order the New Dr Pepper burger meal and I got the 6 piece chicken stripe basket with extra gravy. Well, the chicken stripes were very hard... didn't eat them the only thing was fresh and hot was the fries, gravy, toast, and didn't get my extra gravy and was charged for it. This is why I go to DQ every once in a very while. Mrs (DM) can you let your employees know that if they repeat back customer orders at the menu and when they make to the drive thru window that they won't make mistakes on orders and to be more friendly. Went for a late night treat and was about $2 short (was told price had went up over the last week, which is no problem) the sweet employee told us that they had covered it for us! Sanaya (evening manager I believe) was all around kind and BEYOND helpful! Will continue to make this our “Home” Store❤️

Ordered a chicken tender box on my way home, when I got home and opened my box everything was right except for the tater tots. The tater tots were VERY old, stale, and hard all the way through. Idk who is in charge of the kitchen/quality but they need to do better.

Fresh food . I love their burgers . Get the app the DQ Texas one and you will save money . There's always good deals .
I enjoy going to Dairy Queen in Whitehouse Texas. In and outside of the restaurant is clean. There is minimal parking and only two handicap parking. The drive-thru lane is made kinda strange. The entrance is immediately off of the highway, with a sharp turn to the right, to the order. There is only room for about two vehicles. Good news, though, their food is good, and so is their deserts. I enjoy their Blizzards are delicious! They are a little expensive, though, in my opinion, with $6 for a medium and $7 for a large. I look forward to seeing what the flavor of the month is😄. Last month, they had THREE different flavors! Most of the employees are young teens, but they are very friendly and give good service. I like our Dairy Queen and would recommend eating there, if you're in the neighborhood 😁!
Parking: Two handicap parking spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp for wheelchairs, but the ladies restroom is NOT at all wheelchair accessible.

Orders $50 worth of food on doordash frys cold burger wasn't fresh the nachos didnt have the chilles or sour cream nor the cheese that i paid extra for. Im devastated to to spend alot of money a receive gross food. Im a manager at mcdonalds and even we do better than that.
