My order was incorrect - ketchup only order contained mustard. The manager in the red shirt has no idea what customer service is (other employees were very nice). After buying food I filled up my water bottle with water and he told me I needed to dump it out. Then asked my husband to pay for it after I went outside to dump it out. Then my son asked for a cup for water, the manager filled it up with water then said if you want ice it will be $.53.

So good! I had never tried their food before(just ice cream) and I was pleasantly surprised! The guy in the back, Cody, made an excellent and beautiful burger! I'm now a DQ fan!

Made to wait for around 15 minutes while they had to remake our food after they gave it to someone else because we parked in a dfferent lane than our recipt indicated ( which we didn't figure out until the very end of the process). It's a broken process if it's this fragile.

This food establishment is horrible they do not believe in accommodating to service.Dogs when a service dog barks because they are a diabetic dog or a seizure dog that is their job to bark and let someone know there's something wrong i will never eat at this location or refer anyone I know to eat here

Went through drive through, and the guy was so busy talking to his coworkers. Never addressed me, took the money, didn't count back change or say thank you.. Just handed me the items and turned around, still cutting up with coworkers.

Do not go to this place worse customer service ever and the manager doesn’t care was a Hispanic lady working up front getting a attitude cause I could not hear her then when my order was ready just kept it up front and let it get cold I want be here again and I been coming here for years not anymore
