The tacos served at the South Tyler/ Cumberland Park location is serving stale taco shells and the food is cold. When you try to eat the item the taco shell falls apart which requires to use a spoon or fork to eat. Also, the hamburgers buns are ice cold.

This is the best Dairy Queen in the state! Their food is always fresh and hot and made just like it was ordered. The employees are friendly and seem genuinely happy to be there. The inside and outside of the store are always very clean. 100/10

I went to the puluxy location to get a cake for Mother’s Day. Myself and the other mother’s celebrating with me loooves the ice cream cake cause of the cookie crunch center. I tried to buy a large one but they said they sold out and all they had was the 6inches. I said that was fine. I read the label and saw it had a cookie crunch center. Awesome, we had dinner and got the cake out. As it was cut we noticed there was no cookie crunch center. We thought it was one off and cut the other cake. They all had no cookie crunch center. I called the manager and she told me they don’t come that way and dismissed me. I was upset but tried to enjoy the rest of the night. I called this morning and talked to another manager and he said they all come with cookie crunch and then we I brought up the last manager who said they don’t come that way anymore he said well idk maybe. I have no idea about cakes. So I called Tyler headquarters and spoke to lesly. She told me I needed to speak to the area supervisor Julie. I called Julie and it sounded like a woke her up and she told me they don’t come with cookie crunch. I said I know but the label said it did. It was false advertising, she told me she knows cause she put the labels on herself. But it was a universal label for everything…. So confused. Anyways I called Tyler headquarters back and they said they’d take my number and let the owners know. It’s frustrating cause I spent 50 dollars on a cake when I literally could have gotten three tubs of ice cream for a 3rd of that price. I felt dismissed and I hate false advertising. It’s not okay. I just wanted a reasonable solution.

Went to the dairy queen on 31 in chandler Texas the food was cold and my toast was toasted on one side asked for the manager and he avoided us. And the kid taking orders got in my 9 yr old grandsons face and accused him of saying something he didn't say I thought he was gonna hit him at first but my grandson ran over to us I am not very happy about this and the manager never came over to talk to us about anything

Went to drive thru at Paluxy store. The lady that came to the window tried to give me a drink and the beverage was coming out of the lid. She poured the excess off I asked if some could be poured out? She said can you ask without attitude. I said I don't have attitude. I asked if there was someone else there that I could deal with she said no. I said you have horrible customer service! She said pay me or get out of my drive through. This lady was the MANAGER!! She huffed, rolled her eyes and had absolutely NO customer service skills.... Her name was TWYLA! They definitely lost my business this day.

The lady at the Kilgore Location just shouted "BUH BYE" and shut the drive thru windows in my face. I arrived at 11am and asked why they weren't opened if it opens at 10am. She has an attitude with me and said she's the only one there and I told her to please not have an attitude with me because I'm simple asking. She shouted at me and slammed the drive thru windows. My daughter just wanted a chocolate cone since she won her soccer game. It's our tradition and now she doesn't want to return after what she just witnessed.

Agree with horrible reviews. Store manager doesn’t know how to run the store. Doesn’t know how to conduct business

Will not be going to the Lindale location again. Two weeks ago I ordered a 6 piece steak finger basket, got home and it was chicken. Had to return to store to get it fixed. Tonight I ordered a mini blizzard and received a medium instead. Of course, ended up paying for it. I also ordered a half sweet and half unsweet tea. I got home and realized I got an unsweet tea instead. This location has gone down hill over the past couple months. These orders were done through the drive thru. Whataburger will get my business.

I went to the Dairy Queen on East 5th Street, Tyler, TX, last night, wanted to use my Dairy Queen app, because I like the reward system, and special offers the app has. So when I get in the store I ask the lady behind the counter "whats the WIFI password" she didn't know for some reason, and it was not displayed on the door, window, nor was there any sign inside the store. So she goes and gets the assistant manager, and when she comes out she just stops in front of the cash register, and stares at me for like 30 seconds..Then finally says "can I help you", then I ask " whats the WIFI password", she then snaps and says "are you going to buy something" So at this point what going though my head is..obviously I dont walk into a Dairy Queen, stand in front of the counter if I had no intentions of buying anything..So obviously this manager is just rude for no reason, or racist against Black people..So I say "yes I am going to buy something, and planned on using the Dairy Queen app to do so" She then say "I can only give it to you after you buy something, and it will be on the bottom of the receipt". I say "so.. Dairy Queen offers free WIFI that you cant use for their app, until you buy something, then you can use it???" She stood there, then gave me the code, I ordered..my blizzards barely had any toppings in it, so I guess that was her way of saying I won..This is trash service, and I would not recommend this Dairy Queen to anyone!

The website states that DQ sells Orange Julius drinks but the store in Mt Pleasant does not have this product. I then checked the web for the next closest DQ and found it was at Omaha, TX. Soon after my search I received an email with a $1.00 off for an Orange Julius. I had rated this store before. it was dingy and in serious need of cleaning. today I went to the Omaha, TX Store to redeem the coupon. The place was still in need of a good cleaning and I was told by the man at the counter that they did not sell the Orange Julius. I showed him the coupon and he shrugged his shoulders and turned and walked away. It is annoying that you advertise something that you do not sell and obviously do not monitor the stores to ensure they abide to any standards. There are other fast food restaurants and I will frequent those that put more effort into their image and customer satisfaction.
