I love this Dairy Queen! Almost everyone is sweet and friendly! Sheila and Kathy are amazing ladies! I come at various times of the day and 99.9% of the time our orders are spot-on! Good food with professional yet caring service. Every restaurant should strive to be so good!

Best DQ in town! Restaurant is well kept, always clean & not falling apart. They have the friendliest staff. The pumpkin pie blizzard is delicious. We stopped going to DQ on east 5th because the staff there are unprofessional and flat out rude.

$56 dollar order came out completely wrong, ordered a belt buster didn’t get it, ice cream came out 15min before the food and when I called to let them know what they got wrong and got hung up on by the manager

I went into the lobby with the hubs to get a quick bite to eat and some ice cream before going home and getting ready for work, the manager brande was counting down the front register but quit doing that to take our order. A very sweet young lady, she laughed and joked with us and we paid. When we got done she opened the register and counted it down and finished, then took the money to the back. The African American manager was giving brande some very bad looks talking to the heavy set young lady who had just come in, they were talking loudly about the manager had a complaint on her and that she is done being nice. We have quit going there on the weekends because the African American manager is always there and very very rude most of the time, we always say if you don't like your job there is always someone who will gladly work in your place. That used to be our every Sunday stop after church, now we go 6 miles out of our way to go to another one with friendlier managers who enjoy their jobs. But I would love to know when brande is scheduled, she's so cheerful and what we enjoy seeing when we stop to eat. We came one day last week to get a drink before heading out of town, and brande was outside changing an elderly woman's tire. It's great to know that there are such kind hearts in the world still, keep it up brande you have the best outlook on the way things should be.

We went through the drive through with a backseat of kids. After placing the order the kids changed their minds about what they wanted so I told the server to scratch the order and start again. She didn’t skip a beat and read it back perfectly. When the order came out it was correct and when I asked for extra napkins (dipped cone😳) she promptly handed them over with a smile. She was friendly and appeared to be very happy with the job. And I would like to mention that she was the general manager! It was good to see that the management team steps into action and are willing and able to do the tasks necessary for a successful visit. The only reason I knew she was the manager was because I checked her name tag after great service. Thank you Sheila Lovelady!
Tyler tx branch over on 64 chapel hill is one of the best dairy queens I've ever used very friendly young lady working cricket thru on June 12th 25 was very good at her job food was also good.ive went in other times this piticular store us always nice n friendly n decent food compared to any others props to them for making a effort where others fail to do so

So my wife just got home and told me her experience at DQ! Wow, so she was trying to order a chocolate dipped strawberry blizzard. The lady did not understand. After multiple attempts someone else helped her out. When my wife got to the window the lady was very hateful! My wife's blizzard had multiple holes purposely put there the blizzard leaked the entire way home! See attached pictures! That lady needs a diffrent job! I want the manager and owner to justify this bad behavior to my post! All pictures show a stray pucture!

New young lady was working the counter and crawled at a confused pace , didn’t listen to take orders correctly. Did not hand food I immediately after being placed under the warmer by the cooks. No apologies for placing my order wrong or taking so long
