Have always had a great experience until today. We ordered 4 tacos, no veggies. Got 4 with. I said something and we got our correct order. They had a strong stale smell. And the kids said it tastes weird. They didn't want to eat them. I told the girl in the front and she just stared at me and said ok .... I stood there a bit to see if she'd do something about it and she again just stared and said ok. I suggested they check the shells because I'm sure they're stale and she just stared at me. One of my kids picked at the taco meat some and a sweet person sitting near us gave us a free blizzard coupon. So that made up for it. But I doubt she even said anything to the kitchen about the stale taco shells. 🤷♀️

Just went through drive thru. 2nd car in line & still waited 10 mins for my food. Asked for jelly, picante, napkins & utensils. Got to my work and received none of these items. Makes it difficult to eat eggs with no fork. To top it off my hash brown was burned to a crisp. Do better DQ!

Hit and miss. The ice-cream was good, but the deluxe nachos I got a few days ago.... I've drained less grease off a pound of bacon. It was like soup.

Im honestly very upset and disappointed. The customer service was good, but in their rush to get the order out quickly, they completely messed it up. They gave me undercooked fries! And the Mulate Mocha I ordered was nothing like what’s advertised it was just plain ice cream with a little bit of chocolate on top. I paid $39 for a poorly made order, and honestly, it feels like I threw my money away. This is the big downside of ordering through the drive-thru: you can’t check anything, and they end up disrespecting the customer with badly prepared food.
