First time here. The food was very good! Hot and Fresh! We had burgers and fries! Service was great! Will definitely add it to our stops when traveling to East Tx.

Drove past this location on Friday and seen on the Marquee a special for $9.99 called at 11:50am on Monday asked about the special for $9.99 and was told it was a blizzard a hunger buster fries and a drink... So I skipped every other business in Tyler to go to this location in Chandler to be told in the Drive-Thru that they are no longer running the special... How incompetent can your employees be??? Then I was treated like I was the bad guy for their mistake... I eat out everyday and depend on places like this and sit down restaurants ... So they just drove away a lot of extra income throughout a month ... I wasted time and gas to go home hungry ...I will never do business at this location again and I advise everyone else to do the same.

Didn't eat, just got picked up by an ambulance, nice pavement .
Took 20 mins for 3 meals… gave me ice cream first so every bit of it was melted before even getting food. Person who finally brought food out apologized was very nice though.

We've stopped here a few times. Food is great, customer service is wonderful. We've been blessed with Miss Glenda working each time we've visited this establishment. So many items on the Texas DQ menus. Tried the Buffalo Chicken Strips - those strips are nice sized.

They were very rushed so I had to move up to bring out food… first they only brought 3 tacos and then I asked is that 6 tacos and they ran back in and got the other box but there was no sauce in either box.. very disappointing to we got home to eat them and I had two coupons but they will only let you use one at a time and no barcode on my receipt to earn a spoon
