Okay, I'm only addressing this on here because this location phones were not picking up in order for me to speak to a manager. I came through the drive-thru today at about 12:00 p.m. and I sat there for literally 10 mins before anyone said anything which was, "one second maam" so of course, fine, i dont mind waiting a couple mins but no, unfortunately, i ended up having to wait 15-20 mins and then she took my order and I ordered the Jalitos Ranch burger and asked for no lettuce on the burger which she said in response , "okay, no lettuce. Anything else?" I completed my order and then when I got to the window they gave me sweet tea which was my elderly mother's drink and she can't have sugar but didn't notice until i got back to my house, same time when I noticed my husband and I had lettuce on our burgers. And worst of all.... I'm so disgusted. This pic attached is a damn bug in the bottom of my drink when I poured the rest down the sink ?. This was the most awful fast food experience I've probably ever had in my life! If y'all cannot operate while being "short staffed" then maybe it's time to shut her down. My God. ? Y'all please DONT go here.

Took 45 minutes for call in order . Waited inside for 25 minutes. Older woman cashier has a attitude problem. Mouthed an argued with several customers. Watch at least two customers walk out. This place ruined me from ever going back to another Drama Queen.

The food was good, the service was amazing! Jennifer made us feel right at home and made us miss that East Texas hospitality that we just don't get now that we live in Dallas (honestly though, it's hard to find even in East Texas!) Thank you Jennifer! ?

The Grilled Chicken salad, the lettuce, was like a little dark when frozen. But the Chocolate Soft Serve was the best . Great customer service.
Blizzards are expensive enough, they should at least be full. Mine was only 2/3 full.

Deborah was so friendly and helpful. She took great care of us. We don’t eat fast food often; tasty hamburgers were huge & onion rings crispy, not so greasy - and of course ice cream was great! Restaurant was clean and it made a good 1/2 way stop for us on our trip home to AR from family visit in Conroe TX. First time going this route - so much better than Hwy 59. We will stop at Noonday DQ again.
