I came through drive up today and ordered a belt buster with no bun and a reg fry. I got home and had a single patty. A belt buster is more money and two patties. I called and talked with Jessica and she asked me toco e back and wait for it to be corrected.i said I didn’t want to wait in the long line again so she offered me a hunger buster next time I come in….. that is not what I ordered. I guess I will be going next door to Whataburger from now on.?

My food is never right. I don't get a complicated order, I only ask for no pickles. I will say I don't go back to complain, I just take the pickles off myself. No point in being mean about a pickle but it is every single time I go... But I still go back because it's close.

Ordered 6 piece tenders and only got 5. The lady getting my order was rude and passive aggressive. Was rushing me to order even though I was the only one in line and no one was at the window and I was reading off a list of what I needed to order. I wasn’t sitting there looking at the menu. Got to the window and a few minutes later got handed my food and got told goodbye. Had to wait a few more minutes for the lady to realize she didn’t give me the blizzard I paid for and didn’t say a word to me after handing it to me and walked away. Never got my drink either

Best chicken and dumplings in town. Their drive thru is busy when we come through but our attendant is always friendly and our order is prompt, correct, and ? hot! We'll miss the dumplings when they disappear from the menu.

Staff was clearly not prepared for Sunday night rush. Cashier needs a bit more training before being the main cashier on a Sunday night. (Not cashier's fault) Food was slow, and ok but not great. Hot fudge wasn't working, but we'd ordered and paid before we were told. (Cashier needs more situational knowledge) The whole staff were visibly overwhelmed.I place this on mgmt. Scheduling wasn't optimal. "A-team" staff wasn't present. There were training opportunities/situational knowledge needed among staff. And mgmt should have been visible to assure all situations were under control.

Several people working counter. I ordered 2 blizzards and waited more than 20 minutes for them. Finally, I went up to ask about them and they asked what I ordered. I showed them my receipt and then it took several more minutes to finally get my order. Meanwhile, other people were ordering icecream after me and getting their orders before me.
