If you go here a must try are the Angry Oysters. The food a bit more pricy but we'll worth it along with thier great accompanying menu of cocktails. I recomend the Choc - Vanila

This is an old school classic steakhouse. The steaks were outstanding and cooked to perfection. If you have not been to this resturant in a while, do yourself a favor and go back in for a great meal.

Dakotas is a high end steakhouse, however my meal was not impressive at all. My steak was bland and pull of fat. My potatoes lacked in flavor as well. The wild mushrooms were very delicious. My wifes meal was much better, however. Just disappointed in my $60 steak to say the least.

Steak, sides, drinks, and bread were exceptional! Service was very good, but we had to wait 10+ minutes for hostess and another 10+ for waiter. We loved the private table for 2 in the little side coves. I highly recommend requesting that if available. Groups at 2 large tables were extremely loud was a downside.

Peppercorn steak was very good and the service was great. It was a special birthday celebration for us, would go again.

Had a great. Birthday dinner at Dakotas. Great restaurant. Waiter was excellent. Food wonderful. Got us at our favorite table too. Will definitely be back.

We were seated right away then waited on a waitress for 12 minutes to take drink orders and bring bread. Mushroom appetizer was good. Filet and Waygu ribeye didn't have much flavor and the Waygu was tough. Actually boxed it to go but threw it away at a local gas station. Dakotas used to be a favorite but the food and service has really gone down hill.

Ordered the Wagyu ribeye, was full of gristle but cooked ok? Lobster bisque was great thou, overall good experience just not what was expected as far as the cut of meat that was chosen!
