Always great food, nice variety, with something in everyone's price range! The ladies serving you are absolutely the best in Tyler, I'm a former diner owner and very picky about the service I get on the rare occasion I do eat out, so if I'm happy you will be. I had to come back and try Dennys again and edit my review. This place has done a complete 360 degree turnaround. The food was amazing hot and fresh when we got it. I ordered the egg whites fried hard and Jacob did it. Them was the best eggs. Miss Robin our waitress and she is top notch. Very sweet and professional and will tell you some good jokes after your meal. If you have had a bad experience like I did come give them another try you will be glad you did, I was.

This establishment seems poorly ran. I love Dennys but this one did not impress. Upon entry the front desk is vacant, there is one waitress in the whole restaurant seems understaffed, unorganized, and just poorly operated. I heard the servers use curse words several times & heard them arguing in the back from the dining room. I witnessed several other orders done wrong, served to the wrong table, as well as one couple who only one of their plates was rung in so the other didn't come out until the first was already completely eaten.
I won't return to this location personally I did not have a good experience.

WORST DENNY'S EVER!! Waitress didn't write down order, which I asked for no cheese on my omelet. Ordered fruit upgrade, only half bowl was given and it was placed on the table 10 minutes before breakfast arrived. Wanted to replace my toast with another side since I'm gluten-free, but was told it was only OK if I swapped it for another bread it, made no sense because it was a regular side item and should have been able to exchange for something gluten-free like turkey bacon. When my omelet came,it was oozing with the cheese I said I did not want on it. The waitress then picked up the fruit bowl that had been sitting in the table and put it on the hot plate with the omelet....rather disgusting hygienic situation since it had been sitting on the table first. My husbands order also came with an issue, no ham. I guess someone who is waiting tables should write down people's orders so they can get it right. We waited over 25 minutes for this catastrophe to arrive. This is the first bad experience at a Denny's we've ever had. Couldn't pay me to eat here again.

Thank goodness for Robin! She knows how to take care of her customers! What a lovely personality she has. It was so nice to get fluffy pancakes, eggs, bacon and sausage with my usual Coke Zero. Thanks Robin! We’ll be in again to see you! Shane and mom Sue

The Denny’s was a Denny’s,food is what you expect. But,Robin, our waitress was the sweetest, funniest, and best waitress I’ve had in a long time. She felt like family. Thank you Ms.Robin!! You a true joy to be around! Love, that fancy earring couple.
