Dickey's BBQ claimed online for weeks leading up to Veteran's Day that they would be giving one free chopped sandwich to honor veterans and military personnel on November 11th and when I showed up today with my family and friends to celebrate the occasion they had shitty small printed pieces of paper on all the doors saying they were closed. It is pathetic and sad to offer something for members of our military and then not live up to it like this. I'll be reporting this location and will steer clear of this location in the future and would recommend others doing the same.

We tried this place about six years and the food wasn't good. So, we thought we'd try it again and it still wasn't good. This time, it made my husband sick. Lucky for me, I didn't eat much of it. The food didn't look fresh and it was lukewarm.
Just ordinary fast food place. My briskets were cool not hot at all. Fries super greasy. But the servers were nice and welcoming. Was a one time stop for me.

Manager on duty doesn't know what she's doing. She doesn't know anything about the charges on the receipt ,Prices, or anything. Very unprofessional.I pass by there all the time, and see nobody. No customers. I see why. Because of bad service. I also see a lot of bad reviews.

After receiving a coupon in my rewards account (buy one get one free bbq loaded potatoes), I tried to use it, but for the 2nd time in a row, it would not let me complete the order. The option to insert payment was grayed out. As you can see every field is completed, and I tried this multiple times, even changing the pick-up times.When I called Dickey’s themselves, they once again could not offer me the discount and stated that I had to be able to submit it online. The lady working stated that someone else had just called with a similar issue but there was nothing they could do. This is poor customer service as they should not send a rewards member a coupon and then say it can not be redeemed.

New management has changed this place too much. The food is extremely bland, anything that's not original sauce is pre served in little to go cups and cold. The Mac and Cheese was sk bad my wife opted to just throw it away. None of the meat had any flavor, and even my 3 year old didn't want the chicken. The whole restaurant was so quite that we whispered so that out voices didn't carry. The worst part was the price increase. $50 for 2 adults and a 3 year old is insane especially for the low amount of food we actually got. We are not going back.

Being in Texas there is a aray of BBQ places dickeys is one of them there chicken is on point as well as baked beans pulled pork not bad ,Mac and cheese is cheesey for sure there brisket is dry and over done but for a fast food place is on par so all in all not bad just wouldn't make it a regular stop
I craved some bbq and this business was close to home. Not my usual stop. Omg. This chopped sandwich is delicious. And, the fried okra is cooked to perfection. I’ll be going back.

Really great bbq for fast food. Had the brisket chicken and turkey. Not sure if I liked the chicken or turkey better the chicken was Smokey and yumm but both were juicy and great food!!
