I ordered an pizza from here and they gave me the wrong toppings and it was about 15 mins before closing tried calling didnāt get no one the same night then called the very exact next morning with my receipt and the manager refuse to fix correct pizza or give me and refund since it was the next day I got ahold of someone just sad

I ordered Alfredo pizza with chicken bacon tomato and spinach , it was dry like 1 little piece a chicken a slice and not as good as the dozen other times Iāve ordered the same excact pizza from the lindale location first and last time ordering from gentry store gave 2 stars because it was right and ready when I got there just didnāt taste no where as good as other locations little ceaser taste better

I ordered the promo online and requested for light sauce on thin crust My pizza was cold dry no sauce the toppings were very minimal I also asked for extra cheese that was not included they where out of parm. cheese

Its hard to say anything about the service or atmosphere when they close at midnight but they shut the inside down before 10.
Edit Don't ask for cheese with your peppers they dont carry it anymore. Their sign says they have it, and its free, yet I've never gotten any from them.

Workers repeatedly told me to park when my order was finished and sitting right behind them. For the last three or four months every order I place through the app has been ignored until I arrive at location to pick it up(15 minute drive to the store). They have started every single not prepaid after I pay.

At 701 W Gentry Pkwy, Tyler, TX 75702, the gentleman is polite but always asks for tip after we receive our food. It would be one-thing if it was delivered but weāre spending our time, money, and energy to go get the food. Makes me not want to get pizza at Dominoes again especially at this location!
