Nearly 1.5 hours instead if 30 min online timer and the driver took 25 minutes to drive a block from the store. We are 1 block away and he went the opposite way for someone else first. Pizza is cold. Called 3 times no answer at store. Kitchen is worse than the driver………. App deleted.

For the most part, I get a good pizza. Once in awhile, they are skimpy with the cheese. I guess I need to ask how they are sitting on food cost for the week first. Overall everything else is consistently good.

Went to order my food 2 people came in after me and one went to go get her food from behind the counter (I would have too) bc he did not greet them or even recognizing they were there. He saw her and goes “ma’am what do you think you were doing i don’t know what you think this is but no” and she tried to explain why and he said pick up waits over here and pointed I tried to let him take care of them first since they were only picking up and I was ordering but he told me no I had to order first bc “I’ve waited long enough” but part of me just wanted to walk out at that point

Lady with glasses was rude and did not want to help with my questions. Gave me an attitude and as I asked my question she said “look its in the menu” instead of clarifying my question.

Really sad that it takes almost an hour for a delivery guy to drive 15 minutes across town. Definitely paying exact change next time Johnny is my delivery driver cuz my box was all mashed up and my food was only warm it wasn't hot anymore because Johnny took over 30 min to get to my apartment...Update. I actually ended up getting food poisoning and got sick from this! I threw up the pizza that took almost an hour to get to my home and the had diarrhea within an hour of eating. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering dominos ever again

Okay Update!! I dont want to seem petty but the manager did correct all of my order and why i say i dont want to seem or sound petty because this manager I believe Joshua was so humble and so chill about it it made me feel like i was the the one who messed my order up!! Lol no seriously he completely came through and whenever I was making a fuzz, he was like it’s OK. You don’t even have to say anymore I believe you, he stuck up for his coworkers too, and that’s great and a manager. If you would like to read my complaint, it’s right here below 🫡 I was the last person to order a pizza because I work from 11 to 7 in the morning and I can’t believe I didn’t check my pizza. The woman was trying to get out of there so fast she gave me a cheese pizza when I ordered just a simple one topping chicken pizza And then I redeemed my points that I’ve been saving for Some pepperoni cheesy bread to try for the first time that I’ve been wanting to try and what it made it even worse when she set my stuff on the counter I said you do have marinara sauce coming with that cheesy bread I ordered right And she said yeah, let me go get that for you. I’ll make sure you’re not charge you for it She literally played the whole thing as if she was giving me the right order, but she gave me some stuff that was just left over somebody didn’t come pick up or something! So I ended up getting a cheese pizza and an order of tater tots with ranch and burnt bacon on the side she throws in an old bacon covered ranch order of tater tots so I saraned wrap the whole order together with the receipt tomorrow night when I get to work, I’m bringing that pizza with everything in it just how I got it and I’m telling him look I want what I paid for the stuff ain’t cheap. You know what I mean

Told by the delivery drive that they do NOT carry cash on them to give change back so that we had to give them a 10$ tip when called the store to ask if that was true a was interrupted multiple time and then put in hold and he never picked the phone back up for 20 minutes until I went to the store in person absolutely rude tried to ignore me in person aswell will never order from the store again highly unprofessional
