Online ordering has gone downhill in the past year and a half. Most other dominos get to your order pretty quickly. But at this particular location my order has sat in “prep” for over an hour when all I’ve ordered is a sandwich and a pre packaged salad. Then waited TWO hours after I ordered to receive my order. That’s ridiculous. I sat on hold for about 30 minutes trying to cancel my order but no one ever answered. I HATE using this location but it defaults anytime I use the app to order

Ordered 2 med pizzas at 6:40 for delivery. By 7:45, order was still in the prep stage. Called, was on hold for 7 minutes, but someone answered and hung up. I was angry at this point, so I went to the store to cancel the order and get a refund. Only redeeming factor is that when I walked in, they were clearly understaffed. Only one person working the line of customers while everyone else was cooking. The guy at the front was quick to give me the refund with no fuss.

Incompetent staff at this store. How hard is it to make a pizza and deliver it to your customer? Apparently it’s so hard that they don’t know how to do it.When I called had to wait on hold for 20 minutes before someone answered the phone.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. I ordered XL pizza well done with the normal crust. It was paper thin, almost raw, and soaking wet with grease. For the pizza and cheese bread it was over $50. I feel nauseous after eating it and wish I had just thrown it away.

I ordered online on Sunday at 5:45 pm and it was stuck in the “Prep” stage for over 1 hour 45 minutes. Recommend they update the Tracker with an estimated cook or delivery time.I called and was on hold for over 13 minutes. 6:40 pm the Domino’s person said my pizza was next in the oven. 7:24 pm I called to check the status and the person said it was next in the oven. I stated I was told that 35 minutes ago and asked him to cancel the order. He stated it was cancelled and hung up on me when I asked if it would be refunded. Also, note there were no major sports events going on that may cause a delay on a Sunday evening pizza delivery. Changing to another pizza delivery company going forward.
I just want to say thankyou for the delicious pizza, and being so quick in preparing and delivering it, ya'll are AMAZING!!!

Worst pizza burnt on edges and cold when delivered 52 minutes after ordering. Manager was totally non-caring about product. He said it takes 40 minutes to cook and then 12 minutes to deliver. I remember the days of 30 minutes or less or it's free so Manager is full of BS. Spent $30 for delivery. Red Baron frozen pizza would have been far better for like $8. Will NEVER have Domino's pizza again.

This is is my favorite dominos. They always draw super cute kawaii characters whenever I ask. The wizard was my favorite.Their drivers give the best hugs.One time I was drunk as a skunk. Rather than let me drink and drive a driver took me home.Did anyone else know they have complimentary pizza for customers in their car?They got me home safe with a slice of pizza and didn’t forget the long wholesome hug.The next morning the manager called to let me know they sent a driver to pick me up and take me to my car.They didn’t bring me coffee though but as least offered me a diet coke for the inconvenience of it all.All in all. This Dominos is family.

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza which taste okay but I also ordered the specialty chicken with tomato and bacon…it taste like frozen chicken and soggy it’s not even crispy or fresh chicken can definitely taste it with an off taste in the first bite
