I have ordered from this location two times in the nine years I have lived here. The first time it took 3.5 hours to arrive, the delivery guy was apologetic and said the manager is notorious for understaffing the restaurant and gets them into this situation quite often. Tonight, I tried again and after waiting 22 minutes on hold (after being hung up on after waiting on hold 9 minutes the first time I called) I was told the pizza I ordered nearly two hours ago was third in line...read full review
ordered pizza, went to pick up, not ready, man setting there was waiting 2 hours, lable maker was throwing out lables all over floor, one pizza maker, after 45 min waiting they told us we was 13 orders away from making ours, lady with tattoos was yelling, then tattoo lady's son came in grabbed 4 pizzas and said thanks mom, phone ringing no one picks it up, Domino you. don't have a good business and need to check on the people you have because they know nothing about customers...read full review
If you want a pizza delivery and want to meet in a safe place even if you offer to pay for it with a card first your out of luck because apparently it's against company policy to meet people some where if you live out of delivery area even after they say they would, and take our order just to go back on there word ten minutes later
