There's a huge difference in East Texas and Houston donut shops and I miss East Texas when I hit this spot because they have the best boudain or jalapeno kolaches. Just seems like they're bread, sausage choice, and fluffy glazed donuts are a higher quality and taste better. Maybe it's the higher altitude, or families that run them. I really missed them when I lived out of state because I grew up with Donut Palace and was truelly homesick when it came to our kolaches...

They have a drive-thru so I gave them a star for that. Asked for vanilla cream filled at drive thru; they gave me Bavarian cream filled. BIG difference, threw them away. Plain glazed were okay but greasy tasting.

We get Donuts from here a lot! Last week my daughter and her kids were here visiting so we Needed A LOT of Donuts. My mom spent like $50 on Breakfast Sandwiches which were Delicious and several dozen Donuts and of Course True Moo Chocolate Milk.If you haven't tried their Breakfast Sandwiches, It's a Must. We got ham & egg & cheese.
