Went to order and the lady with blonde hair was nice until she wasn’t. They got my order wrong 3 times and said that I could keep the messed up order and that they would fix it as well. Waited another 10 minutes and nothing. Went up and said something and they ignored me. Finally got the order and they didn’t include the food that she said I could have for free for messing up the order and for the time spent in the shop. I was told by another employee to leave a good complaint on Google because the BLONDE haired lady has apparently been rude to everyone so far that day. It was 8am, I can’t imagine what her attitude would be by the time they close. Do not go here, go to the other one on Troup hwy. I haven’t been to that one yet, but I can’t imagine it being worse than the blonde lady at this location. Pitiful.

This location has really good customer service. It was our first time ever at a Dunkin’ so when I ordered the communication was crossed and the oven stopped working so I wasn’t able to get what I actually wanted but the service was good I didn’t even care fr. They have a sign that says urgently hiring but the service we received you would think they were fully staffed! Will be a new spot for us for sure. We encountered 3 different workers and all had amazing customer service which really isn’t common anymore unfortunately. 10/10. And it’s clean and comfy!

I always come to the Dunkin’ Donuts usually pretty nice but today I just had the rudest lady wait on me. Did not get a receipt and there’s chocolate all over my box on the outside. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect at this Dunkin’ Donuts. The management needs to look at who they are hiring or at least teach them manners
Once I got to my destination and opened the box the donuts didn’t look as tasty as they normally do. Plus when people started eating them they complained that they didn’t taste well like they were under cook. So disappointed
My first time ordering, I got matcha, only to drive a couple minute away, the drink was already half the cup without touching , turns out it was foam in disguise instead of actual drink. Got 3 drinks, not happy.

Absolutely my favorite Dunkin donuts I've ever been to,and I'm an avid coffee lover. My Fiancee went here to get me a coffee as a surprise this morning,and unfortunately his card declined. The kind hostess covered it though,saying that she got it. I don't think she realizes just how much it means to us. We are going through a tough time,doing our best to make ends meet,and that little bit of kindness absolutely made our day. Unfortunately all I can give is 5 stars,I'd give more if I could. Absolutely recommend,any time I come here I always get a large iced Carmel coffee,and a fun looking donut. Everyone is also polite,and friendly,and absolutely amazing.
