I'm a long time Dutch Bros customer. I will most likely continue to be a customer. However, the location on Grande in Tyler is getting progressively worse. I ordered a Peaches and Cream Sweet Tea yesterday and they made it with green tea instead of sweet tea. These 2 ingredients don't taste even remotely the same. Now, occasionally mistakes happen. However, this is the 3rd time they have made the same mistake on this drink in the last month. There's always a line so if you don't take a drink before driving away then you either have to waste a bunch of time waiting in line to try and get it fixed or you're just stuck with the wrong drink you paid good money for. Yesterday the 2 baristas seemed more interesting in flirting with each other instead of helping customers and making drinks properly. This is a disappointment as in the past they have had almost stellar customer service. I'm not impressed with all the newer employees who obviously don't care about providing the same excellent customer service as the employees who have been there for a long time. Again, I will still go to Dutch Bros but I will probably also start giving more of my business to the smaller local coffee shops who care more about customers and making the drinks correctly.

We only stopped here for our free drink that our daughter wanted. My husband and I downloaded the app to get free drinks too.
The drinks were great but if we had had to pay full price, we wouldn't have stopped there. Their drinks are too pricey. The drinks were tasty but they weren't worth what they were asking for them.
