Zoey is the sweetest! She is very helpful and kind. My Cocomo drink was delicious and they made it exactly as I specified. I will definitely be returning to this location. The coffee is great, but the cordiality is what makes me want to return.

Hate to leave a bad review for Dutch Bros because I love their coffee, but 30 minutes waiting in a line of 5 cars is absolutely ridiculous!

I come to this store pretty often with my kids and dog to where most the amazing staff know my drink (med iced mocha grasshopper with an extra shot) immediately. Sadly last Tuesday I had to put my best friend/dog down because of cancer. The amazing team showed me pure empathy and genuine compassion that day. The next time I drove through they gave me a Dutch Buddy dog tag for his memorial collar. This team goes above and beyond for class act customer service.

This review is solely based on service , the lady at the walk up window was extremely unpolite. This is not the normal dutch bros I go to but it was the one closest to work today. Wasn't even greated with a hello or good morning when the batista approached the window. Her shirt was extremely wrinkled liked she had just pulled it out of the laundry basket. And for myself I like light ice with my coffees ( that way I actually get some coffee to drink, not so much ice that you take 2 sips and it's gone because of way too much ice. So I did ask for light ice and when I noticed my drink being made the cup was full of ice all the way to top so I asked if she could take some out as for I wanted light ice and then got some attitude when I asked and so then after making my coffee it wasn't full to the top and most dutch bros will top off milk well she add more ice , so disappointing......

This place is drive-through only. The line didn't move as fast as I would have liked, but it was okay. I had the Carmelizer and I was impressed. They told me that they can make any of their coffee drinks decaffeinated if you want. I didn't see decaf on the menu. So, if you want or need that, you will have to ask them for it when you order. In any case, my first visit made a favorable impression and I think that I will be going back to try other things from the menu. They have a high protein coffee that looks interesting (20-30 grams of protein).

I’m big… no.. I’m huge… HUGE on customer service! The world has lost the definition of the word “welcome” in todays society..However, in a few bright spots in this s world you can still find its comfort… not having to search for it is such a delightful surprise that only exists in the heart and voiced through kindness.Dutch Bros, you guys, your staff, at the west Grande location in Tyler Texas is an exemplary example of that hidden gem.Earlier this week I ran into an associate taking orders in the cold, I failed to get her name, a tiny teenage red head with a flair for 70’s garments that took my order and held a conversation, in the cold, about my day.. she, in the windy cold, gave me a platform to tell her about my day while taking my order and it made me feel so important!I returned later in the week with my dog in my jeep and a young man took my order via iPad and I had the same experience. He wanted to know about my day and once again I felt important.I re-visited the same location today and was greeted by the same young man, I couldn’t resist asking his name, “Slade” he says, he immediately asked my name, once again, putting me at the forefront of the conversation.The world, in service, could learn a ton of things from this staff.. I’m overwhelmed with how pleased I am with the kindness and thoughtfulness of the young team members you, Dutch Bros, have leading this store. Bravo!Also, your coffee is muah!! ❤️❤️❤️

I've been a customer of Starbucks for years and noticed the frappes started having bigger ice chunks and less flavor Dutch bros is soo much betterI got a Golden Eagle freeze and it was way betterWill be stopping there more often. The staff are efficient and nice too

We went thru ordered 3 golden eagles ,1 cold, 2 hot... well the cold had no flavor and the hot was no were not hot at all. The young ladies working were very nice and we watched them prepare em but they were just room temp dont know what the problem was.
