Love this location! The staff is very friendly and happy, some of them talks spanish. My drinks are always on point. They gave my puppy a Dutch pup, and she loved it. And I got a sticker :)

I was told by my girlfriend to “tell dutchbros theyre stupid and to remake my coffee. It doesnt even have pumpkin in it which is the main reason i wanted it” so… now i have an upset gf at 7:30 in the morning. My cookie butter drink is good at least

I personally had a WONDERFUL experience this evening 9/5 at this location! My first time trying Dutch bros and yes I didnt know how to order lol BUT Zoe was so nice to me and helped me order the perfect drink! The Double Torture! I'm from longview and she even took the time to tell me where the Dutch bros locations were at in longview too! I'm definitely a fan of Dutch bros now and hope Zoe gets the recognition she deserves for being such a wonderful person! She made my night! Even wished me a safe drive home 😁

Being that I told them I’ve never tried Dutch Bros before, you would think they would have been more helpful. I was asking questions and got bare minimum responses.
I ended up with a cup Half Full because I asked for light ice. Anywhere else if you ask for light ice they still fill the cup.
First and only time trying it :(

I asked for light ice and she told me it wouldn’t be filled up all the way, so I just told her fill it up with normal ice. She filled the ice all the way to the top of the cup to the point the lid could barely fit over the cup. I asked for extra sweet on my golden eagle and it literally tastes nothing like sweet. Not only that I paid for a lavender Matcha and got nothing but lavender barely enough for Matcha. I won’t be going back again. Poor service too. They made the right measurements to everything, but due to the fact, there was so much ice in both of my drinks cups they were overfilling and couldn’t pour the rest of what I paid for into the cup because there was too much ice
They have the best cold coffee ☕ my favorite is the Golden Eagle 🦅

Rude customer service from the employee Ruby b. She had a bad attitude and rolled her eyes telling me “so what you want it iced, hot or blended”. why even have a job at a customer service area if you can’t keep a positive attitude.
