I usually have a great experience here with drinks and customer service but recently a new girl with rainbow highlight in her hair has been nothing short of miserable and unpleasant. She has a major attitude and is extremely snarky and the one time she made my drink it was undrinkable. Very disappointed with the customer service at this location as of recently. :(

Great customer service, I forgot to get their names but they were very friendly and great to talk to, and they made sure to make my hot chocolate when we got there so it wasn't cold, which I really appreciate. This was around 7pm today, great customer service though 👏

Love this location! The staff is very friendly and happy, some of them talks spanish. My drinks are always on point. They gave my puppy a Dutch pup, and she loved it. And I got a sticker :)

I was told by my girlfriend to “tell dutchbros theyre stupid and to remake my coffee. It doesnt even have pumpkin in it which is the main reason i wanted it” so… now i have an upset gf at 7:30 in the morning. My cookie butter drink is good at least

I personally had a WONDERFUL experience this evening 9/5 at this location! My first time trying Dutch bros and yes I didnt know how to order lol BUT Zoe was so nice to me and helped me order the perfect drink! The Double Torture! I'm from longview and she even took the time to tell me where the Dutch bros locations were at in longview too! I'm definitely a fan of Dutch bros now and hope Zoe gets the recognition she deserves for being such a wonderful person! She made my night! Even wished me a safe drive home 😁

Being that I told them I’ve never tried Dutch Bros before, you would think they would have been more helpful. I was asking questions and got bare minimum responses.
I ended up with a cup Half Full because I asked for light ice. Anywhere else if you ask for light ice they still fill the cup.
First and only time trying it :(
