You can never go wrong with Dutch Bros. Good drinks and very friendly staff. I'm basic and usually get the Cold Brew, but the other drinks (including Rebel drinks) on the menu are always a nice treat.

I went there today (07/18/2024) and I even took a picture of my drink before I left which was at 5:16pm . It was good for a moment and as I’m drinkin I felt something solid and I pulled it out and it was LITERALLY A DEAD FLY . I WILL NEVER go here again and TRY AND DELETE THIS AND I WILL TYPE THIS UP AGAIN bc that was UNBELIEVABLE didn’t get a refund, Sorry , Nothing .

Staff is always very friendly. Always smiling and happy. Drinks are always good. I like that they have sugar-free options. Boba is good, too. One time, I ordered the wrong drink in the drive-thru and didn't realize it until after the order was placed, and they happily made the drink I meant to order without question or hesitation. I didn't ask them to make it, they just did it on their own. Always excellent service.The drive thru line can get backed-up during busy hours.

Waiting in line for more than 20 mins and not one person even comes out to pre take order. I started in the line at the sign towards the back of the building. I consider my self to be patient but 20 mins and only 2 car moves? I couldn't leave due to the cement median. I had to wait get my car out safely. This is the second time this has happened. First time I waited outside at the window. Waited 30 mins because I paid already. Wait time is unexcusable for drink only facility! I guess I might have to start going back to Starbucks.
