Sat in line for almost 30 minutes with maybe eight cars behind me some of them getting frustrated and leaving. This is one of my favorite locations. It’s on the way home once I finally get to the window after almost 30 minutes. I see that it’s only two poor workers scrambling to get all these cars orders done in the drive-through and multiple customers pulling up to the front window and getting out to make walk-in orders. I love this place but they’re gonna run their employees off if they don’t put more employees there they were overwhelmed. It was sad to see them worked like that. That place needs at least three workers to run, smooth smoothly. It’s never been this bad till recently. The current workers luckily we’re very nice and good with customer service which made everything better 11/7/25

Dutch Bros in East Texas is the ultimate coffee stop! The drinks are bold, creative, and always customizable. The crew is super friendly and fast. They have sugar-free options, kid-friendly drinks, and energy-infused Rebel drinks. Open early and late, plus they do have a rewards app and take cards. Great spot every time!

Normally get great customer service but the young man that had all the sass is why I will not tip again. Great customer service and love the way the order is repeated back to me but this kid told me to “wait” as he put the order in and just told me the total for the 2 drinks. Then handed me my drinks without any communication whatsoever and felt it okay to continue to gossip with their coworker. Sorry you have to work in the heat and don’t make much per hour but respect should be given to all humans. Simple rebuttal or conversation could have gotten you a 100% tip, but you couldn’t even repeat my order. Couldn’t even look at me in the eye and say hello. Honestly hope to never see the young man again.
