Perfect
Bagel was good but nearly $5 for one basic bagel and basic cream cheese was wild.

I love their food and coffee. I dont understand people giving it a 4 star when they say the same. They make your coffee and your order when you order it. Its not fast food so they should be ok with it taking 2 mins, which is still pretty fast. Definitely try them out! Only downside is they close at 2pm, but thats not enough to knock a star off.

Went through the drive-thru and the lady at the window was absolutely amazing! Such a refreshing surprise to have an employee so happy, smiley, upbeat, and even had a brief but enjoyable quick chat! Coming from a previous Diner Owner, not easily impressed but she did it!
Made the already good bagel even better!

Inside is a bit dated, but the food is solid. Highly recommend the Texas brisket sandwich.

I tried Einstein Bros. Bagels for the first time today and I really enjoyed it.
I’m glad there was nobody behind me because it took me quite a few minutes to decide. They have many options to choose from.
I ended up deciding on the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich. I added avocado by the way.
I pulled around and they handed me my sandwich within 2 minutes of pulling up to the window. I quickly drove home and got into it.
The brisket was surprisingly tender and had a pretty good flavor to it. The smoky chipotle aioli mixed with the avocado made for a great flavor combination. The cheddar jalapeno bagel was nice and toasted, but still soft and warm in the middle. The melted cheddar was also a nice touch.
It was a bit pricey at $11 (avocado was extra), but it was still worth it to me. I feel like I’ll definitely add this into my regular rotation. If you haven’t tried Einstein Bros. Bagels, now’s the time.

Great service!
We have visited this location a few times and doesn't disappoint. The staff is very friendly and nice. Quick to help without seeming bothered. Service is quick and food is delicious.
Dont listen to these bougie haters! This place is incredible
I only eat eggs scrambled, and Einstein only has fried eggs, so I order a bacon, cheese, and egg bagel without the egg. Bagel was almost too hard to bit. Actually, I broke it by hand in order to eat it.
Not a fan of their coffee. The medium roast was bitter.
Best bagels and Best muffins in Tyler!
