I came to Einstein's bagel because it's the only place on campus that sells coffee that I could find. I ask them if they can do a cappuccino and the lady behind the counter acts very hesitant and then says yes. Then she runs around and does a whole bunch more stuff and then comes back and asked for my order. I said I wanted a cappuccino with oat milk. She asked me what size I wanted and I said a 12 ounce. She responded with "I need to know small medium or large?" So I said medium. Then she says do you want that with almond milk soy milk or oat milk. I said (again) oat milk. She said do you want that hot or cold? I said it's a cappuccino, so I want it hot. She said "sorry we never make cappuccinos." I said OK then I'll order some thing else if they can't make it but she said no, that they could do it. I did not have high hopes for this drink. And when I went back to get it ... (wait for it)... they handed me an iced latte! I told them that this was not a cappuccino and that cappuccino was hot. They said that their machine made it cold. Lol. They remade it and seem to make it correctly the second time. However the coffee ended up tasting so bad that I could only take a few drinks and I ended up pouring it out. I couldn't believe I had just paid over five dollars for that! So I just walked across the street to an actual coffee shop off-campus and got a decent tasting coffee (which only cost four dollars!). Einsteins is probably fine with bagels but I definitely do not recommend the coffee.

Let me preface by saying Einstein Bros Bagels makes a good bagel. No question about it.
My wife just Door-dashed breakfast to me as I am currently sitting in Hope Cancer Center getting treatment. I got a breakfast sandwich which was very good! I also got a cinnamon role as I have never tried theirs before.
The cinnamon roll was drier than the Sahara Desert (which I have been to) and had hardly any glaze at all. Just barely enough that you could tell it was glaze. On top of that, no napkin and no fork. C’mon guys. The bagel sandwich was awesome. That cinnamon roll though, no bueno. Terrible actually.

Apparently their veg ‘garden avocado’ comes with BACON. After I told them specifically not to add any meat, and that I was on lent. Absolutely careless
Beyond slow service and rude. I can understand slow when you’re short staffed, but rude on top of it is inexcusable. I asked the manager for a corporate phone number to pass along my comments to and he told me they’re not allowed to give that out. In other words, they don’t care. I will never return. My entire lunch hour was used up there and had to leave without having received my food.
Good bagles but WAY TOO SLOW
The Lattes are great.
Good food
Great bagels and fast/nice service!
every time i go there whoever is making the coffee doesn't know what they are doing. i pay $5 for you to make the drink wrong and then not even care?! frustrating
