When I walked in a bad smell hit me in the face. The food was bland and bad. The bar was empty with little to select from.Not worth the money.

Nothing fancy, but I have never had a bad meal here. If you like Mexican food, and buffet type restaurants, this place is great!

The place looks very dark inside and is not very clean. The lights above the tables are dirty, the decor is not appealing. My husband had the fish and it had no taste and I had the shrimps a no taste either. The other food in the Buffett was good. The server was nice but overall I’m not sure we will be going back, it was our first time there.

8/24/23We saw good reviews and wonderful pictures on DoorDash so we decided to go to the restaurant. Big mistake.When you order through DoorDash you can order specific items to be delivered or to be picked up. When you go into the restaurant you can ONLY get the buffet.Dirty, run down, mediocre to just plain bad food.

7/8/22. If you want to go to a sauna this is the place. Waitress was awesome food was good and actually had variety but there is not enough air to cool this building it's sad when you're trying to eat and you got sweat dripping off of you. The building wasn't even 1/3 full !! The cashier taking the money well they just didn't seem too concerned he just wanted the money next person. So if you want to go to a place where you can eat and and have the full sonnet experience of sweating to death while you're eating this is definitely your place.

11/14/21. Clean excellent service. Variety suffers mon thru thurs they cut down one buffet table. Hate to see this happen. It's definitely not worth 13.99 each for a nightly buffet on those days. It's not even worth 10...best bang for buck is the Chinese place at 11.99 massive buffet. 3 states due to selections.

7/31/2021. It's been over 8 months since the last time we went to that place. So we decided to go back and give it a shot. I guess let's start with cleanliness of the place there were a couple food handler gloves on the ground by the buffet tables. Bathrooms were so clean you actually could have ate off the floor. The temperature in the building was really nice too. They did have a sign saying their employees are required to wear mask however one of the cashiers wasn't wearing one. 95% of the food on the buffet was the actual temperature The rest was slightly below. The buffet lines were extremely clean and we'll wiped. Dishes and utensils were clean .The variety of the food has changed with the times and due to the cost of certain items. And you can tell they have changed some recipes from stuff I guess to cut back as a result of that. But as a whole it was enjoyable and it was worth the $11.95. there weren't any sopapillas or any of those apple things there the whole time. And if you want some for dessert if you ask the waitress she'll go get you some fresh ones so don't let that discourage you. The food was changed out pretty frequently..I usually don't get a soft drink and get water because well if the waitress does great job I'll apply that to more of the tip. The water could been filtered that way you don't get to taste the great Tyler water but at least it's better than Palestine City water. The waitress was on the ball of my hat truly goes off to her she was busy and I bet she ran track in her spare time. Polite and on the ball literally I can't say enough about her because she made this tiny experience truly incredible.
update: Went Back for a Final Run
Food was cold, even the hot stuff wasn't the correct temperature. Waitress was nice, it wasn't her fault it was the buffet line. We wont be coming back . Place made a complete 360 in my eyes and all the matters were taken care of the last previous visits. Perhaps your management... Perhaps staff that cares.. I'm happy I went back and gave them another chance maybe you will too.

Alot of the main courses were below FDA temperature. Some were below 120. Fried fish was on ice cold on steam table. Bathrooms were in terrible shape. I will avoid in the future.

Terrible place. Went to eat there with my family one night most things were rotten. All of the fruits were brown and rotten. Salad bar the lettuce was all brown and filled with water. Some of the food tasted rotten. Told someone all they said was nothing they can do about it. Everyone of my family members were vomiting in the parking lot. Over priced for a rotten buffet. I was amazed how they thought that was all okay. Never ever will be back.
